Facebook Data Extraction And Analysis

We would like to determine who are the most popular and influential people on Facebook in our country, the United Arab Emirates.

We have our own method of calculating / ranking / evaluating how popular a Facebook user is depending on the following information / variables:

a) number of friends
b) number of mutual friends with each friend
c) number of wall posts from other friends
d) number of wall posts made on other friend pages
e) average number of likes per wall post
f) average number of comments per wall post
h) average number of tagged friends per photo
i) average number of comments per photo
j) average number of likes per photo
k) number of groups the user is a fan of
i) number of pages the user is a fan of

We should be able to adjust the "weight" of importance of each category / variable to determine which users are most important.

We also want to determine which Facebook pages, and group, in the United Arab Emirates have the most members / fans, which is easy to determine once the above data is gathered / mined / analyzed.

As it is only possible to mine public profiles, we can start by mining users listed in Facebook search, under the main popular universities.

http://www.collegesanduniversitiesinusa.com/United_Arab_Emirates.html

By searching for each of the universities on the list in Facebook, the results will allow the scraper to view the users that either "liked" the page, or are a member of the group.

Although less than 5% of the population in the United Arab Emirates are university students, almost 99% is connected directly or indirectly to a university student.

Looking forward to your quotation at the earliest.

Database Design

Build a database in access to track purchases, sales, and inventory levels for an oil company. There is essentially three types of inventory that need to be tracked in this database along with the average cost of each of those inventories. Inputs would be: meter readings from 10 different trucks and caculations of sales, and adjustment of daily inventory levels based off of those readings. Purchases of each of three types of inventory along with contract info for those purchases. Daily costs from our suppliers and average price of our competetors. Reports needed: inventory levels, average cost of each of those levels, purchases and what has to be picked up from those purchases during a given time and sales for a given time. I do most of this with excel now and as such have a lot of the formulas that are needed.

Simple IPhone App For Training

There are four tabs:

1) Stats
a group table view with some totals (number of trainings, miles run, total calories, max/min, etc) These are calculated from data typed in Settings, History and eventually Actividy updates (see other tabs).
If basic info is not provided in Settings and History tabs, a message or a popup appears in Stats so that the user can provide missing info.

2) Activity update
with the [+] button the user adds simple data about the training activity: date, duration in minutes, speed, note.

3) History
A table where the user can insert simple info about the past training:

-when the user started training
-average number of trainings per month
* advanced: user can specify different times and different averages for each of them. Or, once defined a maximum scale value, the user could draw a graph with his finger, describing the average in the whole historic period (better).
-average duration, in hrs and minutes, of each training
* advanced: user can specify different average durations (eg: 60% 30 mins, 20% 60mins, 20% 90 mins). The best would be a pie graph which the user can add slices, getting them larger or smaller (percentage) and defining the value (in minutes) for each slice.
-average run speed
-step frequency: the user shakes the iphone and the app reads the accelerometer to understand the frequency of shaking (no. of shakes per second).

4) settings

-male/female
-year of birth
-country
-lock with password: if entered, the app asks for the pin any time it

Quick Website Template

Am looking for a quick template design. 1 main template page 2 subpages.
Want them to look similar to
http://www.myreputationmanager.com/index.html
or
http://www.onlinereputationmanager.com

and their subpages. Want a good looking site, as I can get some guys at wickedfire to make a spectacular $100 landing page/index with subpage.

I am ok with you finding me a template, even showing me a few selections (jpeg) and then letting me choose which one then I just buy the template off you. The design and stuff can be done by me, to save cost. I just need the basic layout.

site would look in this order:
Logo
Links
Video
text with 2-3 columns/right sidebar.
footer

Since I am just looking for a template, time to complete would be short and pay would be the average cost of a template, ($70 and under average)

Forex Trading Calculator

I am looking to further develop a Forex Trading Calculator. I currently use a trading calculator that is web based and it allows me to upload historical data from my broker (FXDD). I then input specific dates and times and the calculator gives me the average high and low for those dates and times. I base my trades off of this.

I would like this trading calculator duplicated in Excel format with a few other parameters added. I would like to give it a date range and have it spit out times where the average has been highest or lowest. I would like to be able to type in a minimum average and have it give me the times in which that occurred.

The historical data that I download from my broker downloads in a .csv format and contains price data from the last two years. When I set my parameters on the web based calculator, it takes a full minute for it to give me results. I dont know if Excel would be better for this, or Ares, etc., but I would like it to be much faster. The data downloaded from the broker has over 65,000 rows!

If this sounds like something you can do, please contact me and we can arrange a phone call or maybe do something like TeamViewer or LogMeIn so you can see my computer and I can show you the calculator and show you in further detail what kind of program Id like developed. Thank you.

Article Re-Writes

Hi – I need a lot of articles to be re-written so that they pass copyscape and read like they have been written by a native English speaker.

I need the articles to have been written by a human.

Because of the amount of re-writes you must have a team of writers available and have a good number of feedbacks.

The first sample will be for 30 articles, to test that we can work together. After the first 30 articles have been completed correctly then, I can provide them in batches of 100 articles all on the same niche topic, the articles will average out at around 500 words – looking to pay between 20 to 25 cents per 100 words – so average of 1$ per article.

If you are serious and is something you can do for me, on a regular basis, then please give your best bid.

Thanks for bidding and look forward to hopefully working with you long into the future.

You must have a proven sales record or marketing record to bid on this project. Anyone with a ZERO, or 1 – 10 feedback should not apply. You will not be given a second look. Post what methods you will use and your terms and conditions.

As a base line, we currently have on average 8000+ unique visitors per month with an average 1.2% conversion rate. Attached are two files showing our google analytics traffic and conversions.

We are a water filtration store with very decent numbers and wish to increase our revenues. The tactics used to increase the visitors must all be white hat.

TERMS OF PAYMENT :

At the end of the 3rd month of this project, the marketer must be able to achieve an average of 20,000+ unique visitors PER MONTH (NOT TOTAL FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE PROJECT TO THE END PLEASE BE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THIS BECAUSE I HAD TO GO THROUGH DISPUTES TO RECOVER MY MONEY BECAUSE OF THIS INCIDENT) and maintain a fairly decent conversion rate of 1% or more.

Once again, achieve an average of 20,000+ unique visitors per month at the end of the 3rd month and maintain conversion rates.

If the goal is not achieved, then no payment will be released.

Average $75-300 USD Comm Paid Daily, No Cold Calling

Established USA business sells a service with a sticker price of about $300-$700. We pay a commission of 15-20% of the gross sale. If you are average you will sell about 25-40% of your prospects. There is no "cold calling" because the prospects have responded to our marketing campaigns and are already interested. You will be handling about 40-60 prospects per week. These leads are pre-screened, are interested in our product, and have requested a return call. These are "warm" leads, not cold leads. The sale takes on average about 15 minutes. This is mostly a one-call closing. You take the order, use the virtual CC terminal we setup for you to take their CC or online check payment, and we pay you your commissions daily.

Requirements: Experience in telephone sales, high speed internet access, unlimited calling plan to call USA phone numbers, winXP or higher, ability to use Google Earth, email, and ftp. You must be English speaking with a good phone voice without strong accent, be organized with attention to detail, have a quiet place to make calls, be a self-starter, upbeat and friendly. Experienced only. This is a long-term ongoing project. Telephone interview required. Send resume please. Thanks!
