Upgrade My Presentation Software With Visual Basic

I have existing proprietary presentation software written in Visual Basic 6. There is a single code base, from which installation disks for various applications are created to present survey data captured in a standard format MS Access database. These are all content variants on the same set of functions.

I need a software developer do some simple rebranding of the current apps (new color/image, new name, new MS access database survey contents which I will provide) to create new installation disks.

I also need to create an upgraded or extended version of the application that will expand the Access database (add an 8th group of survey items to the current 7 groups), and enable data entry for a longer list of items, and then display the 8th group of survey results in the same way as for the 7 groups in the current version (one screen per group, with a drill-down).

I need these tasks done in the next 21 days.

Ideally, this job will lead to a good working relationship and a stream of software development tasks on these applications. A Melbourne based developer would be convenient, but this is not essential.

Hi Bidders,
I am a beginner in Visual Basic and no prior programming knowledge. I need somebody who could help me out analyze the basic program design coding of my project since I am doing a self-study.

THE PROJECT: I need an EXECUTABLE CODES, PSEUDO CODE and GUI design for my SIX programming Visual Basic project. ( I will forward the six programming projects to a selected programmer.)

REQUIREMENTS:

1. You will design a GUI, (very simple, depends on the given requirements), CREATE A CODE, and make these design EXECUTABLE.

2. You have to follow the requirements whats in the SIX PROGRAMMING PROJECT esp. the GUI

3. You have to have a MICROSOFT VISUAL BASIC 2008 or 2010 or MICROSOFT VISUAL STUDIO 2010 to work on these projects; it should be compatible to mine since I have Microsoft Visual Studio Professional 2010. I dont like non-working codes and non-executable codes if you are using different version of Visual Basic.

4. Your codes must be understandable by me, that mean do not apply to advance programming codes, take note, I am a beginners in Visual Basic.

5. Aside from the SIX PROJECT Visual Basic ZIP files that you are going to send me. I would like you to copy and paste the PROPERTY you use, HAVE A SCREEN SHOT OF GUI, PSEUDO CODE, and EXECUTABLE CODES into MICROSOFT WORD (this will be my personal learning).

6. You must have time to answer email about any questions regarding the overall design.

7. We must meet to talk using Skype and Yahoo to talk over the design; I need a full understanding of the codes you assigned on this project.

The tricky part is that it must feature the role of an anesthesiologist which could include:
1. taking away peoples pain (ie. cancer patients, pregnant woman, old aching grandparents)
2. saving people from near death in the operating room, or "coding" somewhere in the hospital
3. taking care of the sickest patients in the ICU and bringing them through from near death to a new life
4. helping people die with dignity and without pain, spending their last days able to interact with their families.

The person to work on this project will have to interact with me easily, have a good command of English lyrics, and be able to put the song to a basic tune (piano is best), and sing it so that I can tell what it sounds like.

The end product will be the lyrics and baic music notation, plus the basic sound file.

I will retain the rights to the song and lyrics. It will likely be sung by a small band at a graduation ceremony, etc or made into a not-so-basic final product. If you have the ability to produce it at a professional level, then I can hire you further to produce the song.

But, for now this is just a basic project.

Simple Visual Basic Application W/ Heavy GUI

It is fully compatible with visual basic applications.

I need an application that will do basic functions, for example, in the application, when "FUNCTION 1" clicked, the instructions may be to start relay 1 for 3 seconds, start relay 6 for 8 seconds, wait 4 seconds, then start relay 11 for 2 seconds.

I will also need to be able to add these functions from the application itself.

Also, at one point in the application, there will need to be a feed from a webcam connected via USB.

Sorry Im being vague, but I need to keep this project confidential.

This will be a very GUI heavy application. Please only bid if you have experience with building a GUI. I am a graphic designer, so I will be able to supply you with PSDs of what the program should look like, you just need to build it.

Create a project for maintaining a checkbook using multiple tiers.

Presentation Tier
Main Form

Use radio buttons or a drop-down list to indicate the transaction type:
check, deposit, interest, or service. Allow the user to enter the amount in a text box for teh amount and display the account balance in a label or read-only text box. Display a message box for insufficient funds, based on an appropriate exception generated by the business services tier.

Summary Form

Display the total number and the total dollar amounts for deposits, checks, interest, and service charges.

Business Services Tier
Validate the balance can cover a check. If not, throw an exception and deduct a service charge of $10; do not process the check. Process interest and deposits by adding to the balance and checks and service charges by reducing the balance.

Create an MDI application that includes an About form, a toolbar, and a status bar.

Simply would like to have a Microsoft Excel version 2007 workbook that has a worksheet which adds calendar events to Google Calendar. The calendar events created on Google Calendar should be able to create an event with all Google Calendar options available. The worksheet should have cells which allow for the modification of all google calendar options and which allow for different google calendars to have events added to them. All code shall be without any passwords and made viewable and editable. No code shall use keystrokes.

Basic Visual Guide To Using A Computer

We are looking for somebody to create a very simple visual guide to using a computer to access the internet for elderly people that have no experience of using a computer. It needs to be done using annotated screen shots. The areas that need to be covered are:

Note: Using Windows 7

Turning the computer on (I will provide an image of the laptop they will be using)
Opening Internet Explorer
Entering a website url directly
Using Google
Bookmarking a page
Closing down Internet Explorer
Shut down Windows

As you will notice from the above, we just need to cover the very very basics so somebody with no computer experience could confidently manage to access the internet, perform basic functions and close down the computer safely.

The information needs to be produced in the style of the For Dummies range of books with the following:

Front Page – Full colour basic mockup of the For Dummies style front page, but I will provide a photo to be used.
Contents Page – Listing the different sections, along with the relevant page numbers
Page Titles – Each page should have the title of the book
Page Numbers – each page should be numbered for easy reference.

As 90% of the booklet will just be screenshots, this should be a very simple task so would like to keep the budget as low as possible. However, it is important that you have good English writing skills in order to correctly describe the different sections.

Visual Basic Programmer Needed To Make Twitter Software

Just learn some basic Visual Basic interface making and stuck in creating the codes.
Need Visual Basic software programmer to make an automation software for twitter online marketing.
Please see the image of what the software I want to look like in this attach post. But first here are the things I needed.

Ability to have proxies import/export, add, delete, and clearl all, and also able check connectivity. (you will see this in the screenshot)
Ability to import/export, add/delete, and clear all twitter accounts.
Ability to asign x number of accounts to one proxy.
Scrape twitter accounts by url, bio, country, how many tweets, how many followers/following, and recent tweet then transfer them to user list.
Able to send 1-5 @users direct messages in one tweet.
Ability to import/export, add/delete, and clear all messages. (you will see this in the screenshot)
Able to send messages in any given time settings.
Able to send messages using the browser and not api.
And more lets start with these for now.
Contact me if you could provide much advance feature that is not listed.

To my knowledge I think this project is easy for experience programmers but the only difficult thing I can think of is assigning twitter accounts to a proxy and have them rotate sending tweets.
My starting budget is $50 and will pay more after each module completed.
The first project/module is creating a web browser using proxies to access the browser (see image for sample of how it looks like).
Second project is have twitter accounts login using the assign proxies.
Third project/module is collecting messages that I imported and have those accounts post x number of tweets with a given time settings.

The project/module can be from 2-8 and maybe more if needed.
I will be working with that person on a daily basis on Skype or other instant message communication.
People with less than 5 feedback will be egnored. Sorry new guys.

Requirements:
Must have expert knowledge of Visual Basic 2010, vb.net and other microsoft software program developing software.
A project or module should be done in less than 24 hours.
