Data Find&Process&Entry (1000 CMS Forms To Be Completed)

We are student portal focused at exchange students (basically European exchange students).

We need to have almost all European universities and European cities where those universities are located in our database (Universities as first database and Cities as second database).

We use CMS to fulfill the content.

On average, to complete all three steps (see below) for a single city or university it takes 20 min for experienced worker.

We have about 1000 cities and universities combined to be done at the moment! If we are satisfied with your job we can assign you almost 1000 more.

To complete a city you need to find a content for about 12 text blocks, 2-4 photos and one video link.

To complete an university you need to find a content 11 text blocks and 2 photos.

The task is to:

1) Find and extract desired text, photos from websites or open web encyclopedia (or to find a hyperlink to video)
2) Remove formatting (pasting text to MS Windows Notepad)
3) Entry text data to a specific entries (upload photo as well) using CMS.

You need to follow our detailed instructions describing how to use our CMS properly (it is strictly required).

Once we start talks about contract, we would like you to put 2 cities and 2 universities in our database (soon after we would deliver you our detailed CMS instructions) to be sure if you understand the idea and how to use our CMS formular properly.

Bug Fix On Existing Group Buy Website

I have an existing group buy website which has several bugs that need to be fixed. The original developer can no longer continue working on the project so Im looking for some experienced php developer to quickly fix these problems so I can launch my site. Time frame is no more than 7 calendar days. Budget $200.
Please review the site and the list of bugs require fixing. Once you have won the bid, I will give you access to the backend as well as server files and db for you to directly implement any changes. Also if it helps, the site is based on the Couponic template on yii framework.

Bugs to be fixed:
1. Header and top navs
a) Visit More Cities, Get Deals by Email, Refer Friends, Get $ not formatted very well.
b) Please move Visit More Cities to just next to the city name.
c) Upon click on these links, the drop down is still below the main nav bar. Please move that also back to the top of the header.
d) Long city names do not display properly on the View More Cities list. Please review and fix. Please sort city names alphabetically in the View More Cities list.
e) Please also sort the Province/State names alphabetically in the Get Deals by Email drop down list.
f) Please remove the submenu strip to save header room.
g) Change header background graphic to just pure blue. No wavy pattern.

2. Remove the 3rd thing in the Share option list.

3. Slideshow auto slides which is good. However, if I play the video in the slide show, the slide show continues to scroll, which is not good. It should allow the video to finish playing before sliding over to the next thing.
Also the video doesnt show in Google Chrome. Please review and fix.

4. In the More Local Deals right nav, the Save xxx % green box cuts into the left margin. Please re-align.

5. Highlights and The Fine Print should be 2 columns of equal width below the picture.

6. Change background color for Buy it for a friend! to blue.

7. For a user buying with credit, once the balance is $0 after redeeming all credits, checkout process should not send to paypal anymore.

8. Gift card option should allow users to purchase with credit too.

9. Mobile page needs a little tweeking:
a) Logo appears too small.
b) Price/Discount/Savings section not formatted very nicely.

10. Need assistance configure newsletter. Either do it from my own server or integrate with mailchimp.

11. Make footer area into a CMS and can be edited in multiple languages.

12. Use local image instead of image from another site: http://shopcoupons.com.au/themes/classic/images/box_sidedeal_tit.png (currently configured in /deals/themes/classic/views/worklets/deal/side/about.php

Component Modification To Joomla Standards

Hello, we already have a component which shows various information for cities around the world, in our website.

Unfortunately, the programmer hasnt used any joomla standards, for example there are no template views where we can add a menu item for a particular city (even though the cities exist in the mysql db) and we cannot place different modules on different pages of the component (since no menu ids exist).

We want someone (a team or an individual) to correct the component, making it possible to have different modules in different cities and having the ability to create new menu items with the city we want.

This is more of a test for a candidate -person or team-, to continue working for us long-term, so I expect your offers to have that in mind. We want someone capable, with knowledge of joomla and joomlas subsystems, proficient in html, php and javascript. We want our choice to continue working on our website, developing it even further.

Project description

Simple online classifieds website required, where users can sell their goods/services (registration required either via facebook or typed in by users)

Fields required in the registraion process will be :

a) Name
b) Address including postal code
c) Contact mobile 1 & 2
d) Contact landline 1 & 2
e) Other forms of contact such as Skype/AIM/ICQ/messengers/Mo-call

Users will have the option to type in or select do not display in ad and rather not say
Users will have account where they can keep track of ads, eg live/expired/deleted
Ads will be free (however please ad in functionality to chrage in the future)
Add in payment processor functionality (but disable it)

Website will be in black and white (with certain areas to be in shaded grey)
Users will search for goods/services in loctions within that country
In the case of the USA users wil for example search in California, but only be able to search towns, cities within that state (dont list counties) but only be able to search 3 max eg Santa-Monica,Hollywood,Beverly Hills .

So if a user want to search for a Ford Exporler (in the AUTOS section) they can select uptp 3 locations to serch for that item

Users can also post upto 3 locations, but NOT the state as a whole in other words if they live in Glendale in California, they must pick Glendale (and upto 2 more nearby locales as well), there can never be an option for users to only pick the state

The option to pick addional cities/towns wil be on the left hand side of the page, NOTE the headline location will be the state (for the USA)
Country for UK eg scotland, england, N Ireland, Wales, will discuss for other countries.

We will need to discuss the search function in depth as the state can never be an option to be selected , only cities/towns

Smaller countries will just have a list of cities or towns no need to worry about states there.

Ads will be dispalyed by date, and users will have the option to view ads with or without photo.
Also for autos there will be additonal function of dealer and private or both also the photo
For jobs there will be agency and employer direct
For property there will be a agency/priavte and with with out photo

Als will need feed in from other websites eg autotrader for the autos section, ebay for stuff, plus other website content for other listings and for the user to view listings with and wihout this content.

Ads themselves will have ad poster details , description, photos, map, if the ad is private or agency , date posted, price/cost,

No external ads to be posted at al on the site (however this function to be deactivated for later use)
No payment procesor as ads will be free (howver this feature to be deactiavted for later use)

I would need full admin rights to add in cities/towns/ countries
Ban or deleted users

Also require a report ad fucntion where users can report ads that violate the T&Cs , users will type in their name,email,tel no and a reason why they are reporting it.

Will buy the .co.uk .com and .eu maybe .asia

There will be a forum (need to discuss that use, a free one )

Daily Cragslist Posting – 100 Ads Posted Everyday

Need Data Entry For MSN MyAds For US Cities

We have a PPC account with MSN/Bing/Yahoo, and ads we run. We need these ads, for example payday loan ads posted with keywords targeting each major US city. So, it would be probably 3-6 cities per state.

So, the ad instead of being general as "get a payday loan today" it would be "get a payday loan in 24 hrs in Houston, TX" Plus adding keywords to each ad, such as "payday loan in Houston, TX", "Cash Advance in Atlanta, GA", etc.

I would give you the ad that you would just need to modify with the cities and states. Same with keywords. I would give you one list that you would need to modify and add to the other ads.

Please submit quotes for the entire project for payday loan/cash advance. Also, please give me an idea how long it would take to do the project.

We have several subjects we need to do the same thing for.

I just selected a budget, but I am open to any quotes.

I need the current search on http://prelos.com/advanced_search.php expanded to include more Cities, Counties and States. I have tables already built in and need Dallas County in Texas added for now. So when a user selects Dallas County from the County drop down, the Cities in Dallas will be displayed in the Multiple City box. This part is mostly data mining for the Cities associated with Dallas County – Texas.

The programming part is needed for the Search on the home page. Ajax functionality needs to be built into the State drop down. When a State is selected, all the cities will be listed for that State.

I have a site that have a directory for all the states (50). It has about 25 different categories. So I want people to be able to search listings by State, cities. Also they have to be able to enter one or more categories.

I have a GAY MALE DATING website, i have had alot of coding changes done to the website, however the person who was woking on it has fallen ill. So i am looking for someone to finish up the last few changes. I only have a couple left, shouldnt take long at all

I am looking to get the website up in the next 3 days. So wanting someone who is able to work until the project is done and work fast.

2 – Looking to arrange the spacing on my search page differently. Also it says HEIGHT as one of the search fields, however i want that changed to search HEIGHT BETWEEN X TO X same with 2 of the other fields. Like the age question search members between AGES X TO X

3 – Also have a list of things i need done on the classifieds page on my website, all to do with the look, so basically just deleting items, and moving them higher up the page etc.

I need to have some ads posted in 10 cities for 14 days. Thats a total of 140 ads posted.

I will supply the ads and the list of cities and the website

All ads must remain active for atleast 3 days in each city

I need a daily report showing me the links for each ad,

any ad that does not stay stay valid for 3 days must be re-posted and does not count to part of the 140 ads
