I have a +/- 15 page HTML site that is built using a main CSS for the layout and multiple static HTML pages for the content.

The site needs to be converted to a WordPress Template that i can easily add to my WordPress installation.

For now the installation of WordPress, the template and the import of content will be done by me.

I will require the final product to be something i can easily install as a template, just like any other downloadable template.

Included must be the possibility to use widgets, add twitter& facebook links, add & alter menu options for all menus in the site so basically all standard wordpress functionalities.
