We are looking for a project management assistant to help us with organizing and compiling documents for various article writing projects. Your job will be to check all incoming documents in a batch of articles so that the articles all look the same with regard to formatting.

This is NOT a proofreading project. You will check the documents to make sure that they all use the same font, margins, zoom, file naming scheme, etc. It should take no more than 2-5 minutes to review each article.

The rate for this project is $1 per 10 articles completed. The following experience/qualities are required for this project:

– Native English speaker (your English must be flawless otherwise you will not be hired)
– experience with web based project management software
– ability to handle multiple projects at once
– available 6-7 days per week via chat/email

Project And Task Management Database

We are a virtual assistant business where we have project based work as well as ongoing, regular clients. We want a database system where we can capture client information, team member information, client project information, identify the type of project category, assign tasks to team members, and report on a project.

Many years ago, I use to create user friendly Access databases for small business, however my knowledge has lapsed and the technologies these days are much more advanced. I do have an very good understanding of how databases work and therefore, may be a little easier to work with.

The general scope (at this stage, and this is without talking it though with anyone else) is:-

Client – business name, contact name, number, mobile, email, other business details that we may need to capture
Projects – title, start date, end date, category, notes, status, team leader
Category – category name
Tasks – (individual items for the project) task name, start date, end date, total hours, priority, task notes, task type, allocated by (client or team leader), allocated to (team member), accepted by (team member can accept the task)
Team Leader – name, contact number
Team Member – name, contact number, availability
Reports – (a range of reports available)

We would like some automation such as emails being sent when a team member is allocated a task, or an email is sent to a client when a task or project is completed.

I would like clients to be able to view their projects and tasks. I would also like clients to be able to add their own tasks, particularly if they have hired one of our secretaries to work for them. Rather than sending them an email, they can log into the system and complete a form that adds the task, sends an email to the allocated team member.

Save Twitter Tweets To Database And Output – Twitter API

Save all tweets with @hashtag to MySQL database (along with time and user ID). Output status of total number of tweets, as well as the latest tweet, on a php-based webpage. Expected to get over 1 million tweets in one day, so script must be robust and able to handle large number of requests.

[iPhone] Offline Database Of Restrooms/bathrooms/toilets

The main feature of the app is that it is an OFFLINE (locally installed on the users iPhone/iPod touch) database of restrooms. Taking this into account, the app should be based on the SQLite database which automatically updated when user is online.

Following functionality should be available all the time. If a user is offline, the information is stored on his/her device and will be sent to the server when the user is online.
* Users can rate each restroom place (1-5 stars, like apps rating in the App Store)
* Users can add a new restroom place and provide the following information about it:
– [REQUIRED] Nearest metro (underground/subway) stations — custom selector (to be determined).
– Name / title
– Address
– [checkbox] I am currently located close to the restroom place (if checked use users current location used as a location of a new restroom place)
– Picture from iPhone camera
– Comments
– Rating

Functionality available only when user is online:
* Show restroom places on the Google map
* Picture of a restroom place (all text information is stored in the local DB, but NOT the pictures).

Important notes:
* I need an iPhone/iPod touch app only (all server-side scripts I will implement by myself). I will provide the structure of sample servers responces.
* The app interface should support any number of languages (however for the this project English language is required only). The interface and data retrieved from DB should reflect current users interface.
* I dont require an amazing design — it will be a free app.
* Since I will modify the code by myself, the high-quality application source code is very important for me:
– It should be well documented (contain comments)
– Should not contain huge functions (any function should fit a single screen).

Existing apps that can be used as a reference:
* Where to wee — more or less what I want
* Whizzer
* SitOrSquart
* Restroom/bathroom/toilet finder

Programmer shall have knowledge and experience in programming apps for iPhone and SQLite (list of already developed apps available on App store would be the best reference).

All rights remain with me. The app should be developed within 1 month. To encourage the developer, I can pay 50% at the start of the project and the rest 50% after successful project completion. After the project completion I need a source code of the app only. The app should NOT be posted on App Store — I will post it by myself.

Ez Realty CSV Import

I am looking for someone that create a csv import component for ezrealty. I need the component to be able to import properties into the correct tables/categerios for ezrealty. It will also need to import the the images assocciated with those properties.

I had asked on the developers website and here is their responce.

"and you can in fact have the import function written as a separate component. Ive been doing work on EZ Autos and EZ Realty imports, and this is the method Ive been using in order to keep this functionality separate. You may need to add the EZ Realty database table information to the class file of the import component – as that enables the functions to access the database tables."
