I would like to create a website that controls the users energy consumption, based on products available at the users house

eg: user fills in what electricial consuming products they have at home by name and model.

* By a search in the pre-defined databsae with this data.. the user shall see how much this product consums.
* If the database is lacking this specific product then its up to the user be able to insert it as lacking in the DB and it will be updated by support team
* User shall insert amount of hours/month this product is being used.
* user shall get a total amount of consuming engergy / month..

Registration can be handled by the website, or through a mobile applicaton .
in this cases android & iphone

it should be possible for the user to connect his calulated consumption towards their actual consumption from where they hire energy source

all can be monitored through a login on the website, or the phone

Hola,
necesitamos una aplicación que realice lo siguiente:
Al abrir la aplicación el usuario puede ver las promociones que les ofrecemos desde nuestro servidor web tipo banner (Debe de haber un gestor de contenido web tanto para modificar condiciones como para modificar los banners, posiciones y anunciantes). Aparte,el usuario tendrá un listado de lugares (nuestros anunciantes) en los que podrá hacer click y entonces ir a una pantalla (tipo web) en el que se verá la foto del local, la foto del mapa, un texto que introduciremos nosotros y un botón para registrarse o no a dicho local (información que se enviaría a la base de datos).
Todos estos datos estarían en una base de datos que debemos de poder manipular (Gestor básico de contenidos) a ser posible php y mysql.
Otro apartado principal será la posibilidad del usuario (esté registrado o no) de acceder a un listado de nuestros anunciantes por día y fecha, en el que podrán ver las condiciones para ese día y fecha y en el que podrán inscribirse para acudir ese día y fecha él y anunciantes (obteniendo el nombre si el usuario ya está registrado de la base de datos o teniendo un textbox para introducirlo).
También queremos que el dispositivo pueda posicionar en un mapa por geolocalización la ubicación del usuario y mostrarle en google maps o similar nuestros anunciantes más cercanos).
Cada x tiempo se recopilarán los datos de la base de datos y a cada anunciante se le enviará el listado con los usuarios que van a acudir a su evento, tarea que se podría ejecutar por ejemplo vía crontab en el servidor mysql tirando de php o cualquier otro script que lea los datos.

Lo que buscamos es la interfaz y la programación de las acciones en un entorno donde nosotros podamos fijar el contenido para modificar semana a semana las condiciones de nuestros anunciantes y poder agregar/quitar anunciantes, así como un entorno web en el que poder realizar las modificaciones.

El código debería ser abierto para poder gestionar posteriormente pequeñas modificaciones, todo y que si el producto es satisfactorio se continuaría trabajando con el programador original.

La comunicación será estrictamente en castellano.

En un principio habrá que realizar la versión para Android y Iphone (el servidor web y la base de datos será la misma), habiendo la posibilidad de realizar dos versiones de cada aplicación, una simple y gratuita en la que el usuario podrá simplemente seleccionar el listado de destinos, ver nuestra publicidad y enviar los datos de registro, y otra de pago en la que estarán habilitadas la geolocalización y la posibilidad de poder añadir una especie de "entrada virtual" (confirmación de recepción pendiente de validar de un código que introduciría nuestro anunciante en checkbox).

I am looking for a software designer who can set up a secure system for mobile phones.
The voice and text call (data transfer) should be fully encoded with a secure encryption.
The mobile devices must be able to communicate with the network: 3G, GPRS and wifi.
3G and WiFi communication needs through its own server running.
The software should run on various platforms such as: Symbian, Iphone Black Berry, Android and the PC.
There are already similar products on the market, but I want a similar or better operating system.

Goal of the project is to build an application on an iphone that switches the wifi network card to be in monitor mode, inject custom made frames and write network responses back to a file.

THE APPS SOURCE CODE IS ALREADY COMPLETE FOR IPHONE APP. THIS IS SIMPLY TO MAKE THE ALREADY EXISTING APP COMPATIBLE FOR BLACKBERRY AND ANDROID APP PLATFORM(S).

We are very easy to work with and pay promptly.

For this app, we would like to stream the LIVE Shoutcast MP3 or ACC+ or pls URL with PAUSE,PLAY, VOLUME CONTROL and displaying the current playing song. There will be company logo and other text on the userinterface

Very important:
