Zen Cart Integration

I have an existing zen cart shopping cart with a cpanel and a private SSL certificate. I have just purchased an Addon Domain and want to get this working as an independant site as well.
I need:
1) To copy my existing zen cart shopping cart to this new folder on my server. I need this to work independently of the original site with its own database (copy and config). I do not want to start from scratch as I have a lot of extra modules added.
2) I am hoping that I can use my secure area with this site as well. Will I be able to use this cert with both domains? I need someone to advise me and help me sort this. I will need to know if this will work before I start the project.
3) I need a little advice on linking to my payment gateway

I realise that there is very little work in this for someone who is an expert in this so I do not need someone who will give it a go, I need someone who has done this many times before and can do it quickly and painlessly.

Zen-cart Eway Integration Fix

I am looking for an expert in zen-cart and eway integration as other developers have tried and failed.
I have an online store that has been developed using zen-cart. Eway is the the chosen payment gateway. The plugin has been installed and works fine in testing however as soon as it is made live (from testing mode) the module no longer works. Going through the checkout stages it says:
"Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time.
Please contact us for alternate arrangements."
The eway module has no locks on location in its settings and other plugins based on locality (eg. shipping) work correctly.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the eway plugin twice with the same results.

Zen Cart And Server Monthly Services

We have a server based on free BSD, Apache. There are 2 shops now and will be more soon. One very custom and others on Zen cart. A lot of customization there done but needs more.
Using also SSL certificates from Go Daddy. Pay Pal and regular CC check out.
Job – regular service for all – activate alert software and provide additional addons piece by piece.
Provide backup and create back up – emergency running for the shops when main server is down.
Yearly contract, monthly payments. Addons by job – paid after all is running properly!

Photo Uploader For Zen Cart

We run a Web shop. We would like to have the same photo uploader as the on the page: http://pixers.fr/votre-photo
But the uploader needs to be done under Zen Cart.

We would like to have the same options as on this site. We will have the same range.

When you enter the page www.pixers.fr is in the upper right corner are "votre photo".
They wanted us to enable the client to upload photos, he chose what he wants: a picture on canvas, sticker, wallpaper, etc. For a preview of the image size when you type should appear showing the area which will be truncated and the client can move to the area. if klent make the choice to picture options selected should be visible to us, so we know what we must cut.
We would like have choices of all materials (even those excluded).

After the selection like wallpaper appear to the left of 5 options. These options are the same in all materials. From the material chosen depends on option work or not. For the wallpapers are included in Options 1 and 2 (for the wallpaper does not select either the frame or the option of cutting on the parts).

The canvas paintings (the first option to be selected in materials) are now 4 options to choose from. See 3 the options. There are sizes available. and near size, eg 60×60 in blue marked 1,2,3. How to choose the size youll see that the image can be purchased as one, two and three-piece. The image will be the most 5 parts. We will do the same. (Image here is a sample-we deliver all the necessary graphics.) Click on the image of 3 piece. Select the frame and now look. You see your picture here and the red frame will look like your picture in three parts. This can move the red frame. This too would like to have. Options below it (outils and couleur). For the canvas photo is everything.

Now back to the material and select the poster. 1,2,4,5 options here work.
You can choose frame in option 4, and 5 (passe-partout), choose a background. These options also would like to have.

Connection with a basket in the zen-cart is very important.

Zen Cart Index Page Safari Adjustment

The project is about adjusting the index page of a website for safari browser.

The website is http://babyselections.com/ and is implemented with zen cart. It is displayed correctly in IE, Firefox.

The problem is that when viewing it from safari browser, ipad, the index page (only the index page) is not adjusted. There appears a horizontal scrollbar, which you have to slide so as to see the main page.

If you navigate through the website then you can see it correctly. It is just the first page that has the problem.

The project is to make the index page appear correctly in safari browser, ipads, as well.

XML-RPC Service For Zen Cart

I need someone to code an XML-RPC implementation in PHP to be hosted on a Zen Cart server. It needs to respond to three remote procedure calls:

* fetchCustomer. Takes a customer id (integer), and returns a single struct representing a single row from the "customers" table in Zen Cart

* fetchAllCustomers. Returns an array of structs with each struct representing the contents of all rows in the "customers" table in Zen Cart

* updateCustomer. Takes a struct as input, and updates the content for that row of the "customers" table in Zen Cart

All procedures must also take two additional, mandatory parameters: userid and password. These are mandatory for all procedures and must be authenticated against the Zen Cart administrator list (ie. the "admin" table using the same techniques as in the admin/login.php for Zen Cart). If they do not pass authentication, a fault must be returned to the client.

All access to the Zen Cart database should use the underlying Zen Cart APIs. For example, $db variables and zen_db_xxxx() functions.

All procedures must support error handling via a <fault> tag in the response.

The implementation should be kept simple (ideally a single file, perhaps a couple), but modularised so that additional procedures can easily be added.

Use of an existing (open source, or otherwise) library to provide the supporting XML RPC functionality is acceptable, however, it must have a suitable license for commercial use (eg. GPL and LGPL is not acceptable). Please contact me with the proposed license if this is what you are planning.

Zen Cart – Linked Stock Quantities

I am looking for someone who will be able to add the following stock handling features to my Zen Cart installation:

1- The option of deriving the in-stock quantity of a product from the lowest quantity available of a list of other products.
This would be used in the instance where a product is actually comprised of a selection of other products (sub-products) also available at the store. Whichever sub-product has the least in-stock quantity will dictate the products available quantity. The admin must be able to simply turn-on this option for a given product from the product page (within the admin section of course). A text-box would allow the admin to input a list of product IDs (the sub-products) as well as a number which defines the quantity of sub-products included in the main product. The string format would be of the type [{ID#, QTY},{ID#, QTY},{ID#, QTY}, etc…]

Example:
A main product is a Table, which consists of the following sub-products: 4 &quot;legs&quot; and 1 &quot;top&quot;. The list would look something like [{15, 4},{17, 1}], where 15 is the &quot;leg&quot; product ID# and 17 is the &quot;top&quot; product ID#.

2- The option of making the sale of a given product affect the in-stock quantity of other products. In the same context as above, if a table is sold, the stock quantity for the legs and the top must go down by 4 and 1 respectively. The same string format approach would be used as well.

Your code must be well commented, efficient and tidy.

Zen Cart Expert Needed.

Need a competent Zen Cart EXPERT. Please do not apply if you have negative responses on your feed back.
Here is what I need.
1. Show me the correct way to install the NEW Zen cart onto to my hostgator server with all of the latest up dates and SEO MODULES. Other modules may be added
2. Provide information on how to correctly modify the pages to eliminate unwanted aspects of the web site. This will include pathways for php pages in the template files to change or eliminate what I may want to change.
3. Proper installation of modules.
4. data transfer of my other zencart site into the new version.
5. I need a teacher /mentor to help me get where I need to be. I have several sites to light up and want to do the work but understand that using a skilled mentor is the fastest way to achieving this. If you are not up for such a job do not apply.
6. Speak English fluently if not in the U.S.
7. I am online at 8pm MST in the US. This is -7GMT. If you are in India you are 12 hours ahead of me. Must be able to chat on skype. If in the US. I am in Arizona MST 3 hrs behind east coast time.
8. FYI I have SEOed several sites to the top of Google and I have distinct way the site needs to be built. Your design skill not withstanding the site needs to be configured to my distinct layout.
Index and and the c-html index page needs to be redirected to index on all pages.
9. I have a fair sense of how to work in ZEN cart but still need a good teacher and I am willing to pay for your assistance. Please be willing to chat on Phone or on skype.
10. Moneys can be discussed regarding escrow, but until you can prove you are expert I will not place money in escrow. I have been burned by so called experts and left with incomplete jobs. I can either pay for you time hourly or set a straight across the board fee.
11. One example of what I will be doing is taking my existing site customgates.org and converting it to a ZEN cart site. I hold first position of the keyword and need the information on my other site, Customfuniture.org moved onto the other site (hence data transfer) The second example is my "to be built" site barstools.biz which will have over three hundred pages when initially completed. I will want assistance integrating amazon products onto the site. Again the structure will be determined and shaped to rank on the search engines.
12. If you have knowledge in creating fast loading sites this would be extremely helpful as well.

Zen Cart Programmer Required

Ive been working on a Zen Cart Website on my own for the past couple months on an off, but I dont know anything about php or zen cart, so everything Ive done has been from reading on this forum, but some things are just over my head. Ive finally given up on the last few things I need done and Id like to hire someone to do them for me. Ive seen solutions for all of these problems in the forum but dont want to attempt implementing them on my own.

Things I need done:

1. The first thing relates to attributes. I have SBA installed, but the way it is set up is for multiple attributes to be set up as though they are related to each other, so I could have a shirt with a size, color, and style. What I need is two independent attribute fields that count stock, for example the first attribute field is for color. I have 5 red units 5 black units and 5 purple units so I have 15 units in total. The second attribute field asks if theyd like to add a gift box for an additional $3. I have 20 gift boxes, but all of the products give the gift box option, or you could order a gift box by itself. Every time someone orders a gift box I want it to lower the inventory on gift boxes by one across the entire site, and if they dont order a gift box it should just lower the quantity of the product they ordered and not affect the gift box quantity. Ive tried entering &quot;no gift box&quot; as having 1000 units, and &quot;gift box&quot; as 20 but the problem is that then it things I have 1020 units of the product, and I really only have fifteen. This also only works for one product. As soon as I have a second product it doesnt work anymore because SBA doesnt understand that the box stock number is the same on both products.

2. Recently Ive run into a time out issue when going to the checkout page. Ive read that this may be related to hosting or ssl. The host Im using now is godaddy and its pretty slow so I wouldnt mind switching to hostgator, but Id need help with the transfer because Im not sure how to transfer databases and such without losing information. Right now Im not using ssl and im not sure if I need to be on the checkout page because Im using third party payment gateway (alertpay) so the cc info isnt entered on my site but if ssl is something I should be using then I need help setting that up.

3. I need to use alertpay as my payment gateway, and Ive read endless problems that people have integrating it into zen cart. The most common solution seems to be to use the paypal ipn to communicate with alertpay, but i tried to set this up and someone managed to place an order using paypal. I dont want people to be able to use paypal. Im also a Canadian based company and my pricing is in Canadian dollars however when I receive a payment it comes in in US dollars. I would rather receive my payments in Canadian, and have the buyer have to pay the conversion fee instead of receiving payments in US dollars. Id still like the site to have the currency feature so they can see how much it will cost them in US dollars but the payment should be processed in Canadian dollars.

4. These are my only issues right now, but Id like to hire someone that is open to having an ongoing relationship if more issues arise in the future.

I am looking for a provider or team, who can demonstrate they are oscommerce or zen cart superstars.

This project will require:

1. Significant custom graphic design and layout
2. Installation and integration with postaffiliatepro (I will provide script) – easy
3. Integration with email marketing software (e.g. ConstantContact, but it might be a different one) – easy
4. An admin panel to sit on top of oscommerce/zen cart to add functions that oscommerce and zen cart does not have. Think of this as developing an admin panel to interact with oscommerce / zen-cart as an underlying engine.
5. Changes to database structure.
6. A coding structure which is clear to follow and scalable.
7. Full details to be provided selectively

Provider requirements:

1. Project must be completed in 20 business days. If you have time and know what you are doing, this project can be done in less time.
2. All funds will be escrowed but none will be released until all requirements are satisfied.

Google Base Feeder For Zen Cart

Hi,

I am having problems getting the Google Base Feeder to work on my website. I would like someone to do the following please:

1. Upload all files from http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?main_page=product_contrib_info&products_id=473 successfully to my site so they function. Some of these files may need modifying as my site has also been modified.

2. Configure the data folder so that when I click a button the froogle files update successfully in the feed folder of the site.

3. When these files are uploaded via Google Merchant Center they are error free.

Please can you make sure the files in the data folder are only uploaded with products that are active (not out of stock/deleted).

I will need you to make a list of **ALL** PHP/SQL files that have been modified and send me a link. This is because the changes will be exported to other websites I have.

This is only a small project so I dont want to spend much money on it.

I am the e-commerce manager of a company that manufactures and sells diamonds. We are exploring the idea of using a Zen Cart to showcase our inventory to our wholesale customers. The Zen Cart is not only a platform to sell the items but a way to showcase our inventory to potential customers.

Zen Cart Iphone/ipad And Mobile Skin

Urgent And Simple: Modifying Zen Cart

Hi,
We need an online store for our software products. We have a number of software packages, and each of them are license protected. we have a MySQL which holds the license activation code and download path of the products (note that there is a separate file for each buyer with its own unique activation code).
The online store must be give us the ability to add and remove products. The payment must be through PayPal. Once the payment is confirmed, an email must be sent to the client containing the download path and license code of the first unsold file of the clients purchased product.

We are looking for some one who knows Zen cart backwards. We need a couple of things doing to our existing zen cart site.

1- create a product filter module to work on Price so for example if the customer wants to buy something but they want to search for it by price they can. we can provide an example site filter for you to look at.
2-check and repair if necessary all existing code/script on our large ecommerce site site to make sure all is working properly as we are having some problems with our product pages displaying properly and we also have a SSL security problem which needs sorting out.We are about to launch the site and we are testing all functionality.
3-change our products page layout to a grid format
4- advise us on the the best layout and any improvements we can make to the site.including the existing buy now shopping cart move up the page so its located next to each product

We are looking for some one who knows Zen cart backwards. We need a couple of things doing to our existing zen cart site.

1- create a product filter module to work on Price so for example if the customer wants to buy something but they want to search for it by price they can. we can provide an example site filter for you to look at.
2-check all existing code/script on our large ecommerce site site to make sure all is working properly as we are about to launch the site and we are testing all functionality.
3-create a module to cross sell/upsell other products to customers if possible.
4- advise us on the the best layout and any improvements we can make to the site.
5 add social networks buttons to each product page ie Twitter etc..

Zen-cart Expert Need To Fix Some Bugs

We have recently Zencart installation that has some problems loading category pages properly.

Example: When category page is loaded the images are missing and the image paths seem to be wrong. It may have something to do with cache or seo urls, .htaccess. Also the header graphic disappears but the main layout objects are still in place. Plus some other related issues.

I need a Zencart expert to try to fix this IMMEDIATELY. I need it fixed today. If you are bidding, you are bidding to work right away.

Zen Cart Simple Filter

Hi,

I want to make a simple filter in my zen cart.
I have many categories and i want to make for one of them a filter in product listing like &quot;please select manufacturer&quot; than &quot;please select model&quot; and than the product to be displayed.
Manufacturer is also use as the subcategory name within that specific category.
The same manufacturer it can be use also in other categories and the filter should only apply for this category.

have seo friendly URLs
Allow us to add/edit meta data for pages and products
create an xml sitemap to submit to google etc

We would like these installed within the next 5 hours.
As the store is clean this is an easy job and shouldnt cost more than $30

Modification To A Zen Cart Shopping Cart

We have a shopping cart (zen cart). We need a developer that has good skills to modify it for us. What we need is to add the product in the cart that will have three components. We need to add the core product with one user license (which will have a fixed price let say $100), than next line that the buyers will need to do is an option to select (if they need) extra licenses. each license will be $20 (if they buy between 1 and 5 licenses) or $18 if they buy more than 5 additional licenses. Last component of the package will be the maintenance. It will be calculated as 20% of the total purchase. so for example we will have the someone buying 1 x core product ($100) and 4 additioanl licenses (4 x 20) which adds upt o be $180. Maintenance will be calculated as 20% of $180 or $36. so the total amount payable would be $180+$36 or $216.
Now maybe we can do this as a sepparate items int he shopping cart but we need to be able to identify and calculate it. I am open to suggestions. Also if you are planning on bidding for the job, please let me know what do you propose, i am looking for an easy and quick way for the customers to buy it. Good thing would be to be able to add the licenses and maintenance as a separate items for the future.
We have a fully working shopping cart and i need to maintain it operational with some minimal disruption while uploading the changes. we will have a few other minor chnages to the cart like some images to be swapped etc.

I am looking to award this project maybe in a 2-3 days and certainly before the weekend. We had this posted before and the winning developer just stopped working on it after a few days. SO the absolute deadline for it to be developed and implemented is 5-7 days. The client is going live with it on friday 29th November. I will provide all the details to the winner.

Please provide info what you propose to be done so we can choose easier and quicker.
