I just want a chart from which the user may select book titles and place an order (or request that those titles be listed under the "for sale" section). Small budget but also a quick project. Fast turnaround is a must.

I have a nearly completed website with all the forms and functions I require. I need a coder to put together a form for a checkout page using a booking calendar script already in place and requiring the user to register to the site. This information will then need to be emailed as a lead and also entered into a members account area (not wordpress backend). The user will be able to login to their member area and edit their details, view their chosen appointment, view the status of their appointment (i.e Pending or Accepted) and have a section called "quotes". The quotes section will need to be editable by a higher level user and will simply contain completed textboxes. The user will only be able to view the quotes section.
I will provide as many screenshots and process diagrams to help along the way.
I require a fairly quick turnaround for this project and do not expect to take a decent coder any longer than one day.
I have a populated wordpress e-commerce site which requires the customer to login or create an account upon checkout.
I want the checkout to present the user with a calendar whereby they need to select 3 dates (3 days from current date) and then along with their details submit a lead.
We will then receive the lead as:
Customer Name
Customer Address
Preferred date 1
Preferred date 2
Preferred date 3
Chosen Products . . . .
The customer should be able to login to their member area and check the status of the request (which we will update)
In the customers member area there will need to be:
personal details (customer to edit if needed)
appointments tab (review of the 3 dates they have chosen and a message from us next to each date to confirm)
Quotes section (an area for the user to download pdf quotes we can upload)
Orders section (an area where when a quote is accepted will appear here with a payment balance total)
There will be 3 member access levels to the site;
Admin – total control to edit wordpress
Manager – can upload and edit information in members area
Member – can edit personal details and view information (and download) in members area.
Users are currently required to register before they can checkout. Current theme installed is eCommerce 1.8 by Templatic along with sample data products.
To recap:
Main aim of website to get customers to select products and book an appointment. Needs to be an option for customers to book appointment without selecting any products. Simple backend system for members area so quotes and orders can be communicated between different departments and the customer. Different admin levels to the site to allow staff to upload information / admins to update wordpress products prices.
I have a complete French translation ready. The default page will be English and French will be the only other language available. I need the French part integrated within the same wp-admin. The wp-admin (CMS) doesnt need to be translated. Emails automatically sent to customers also need to be changed to French.

I have a great wordpress based website and blog that I have created myself.. I have installed the eccommerce plugin for wordpress. I want someone to create a custom theme for just the eccomerce section that will enable me to sell multiple sized photographic prints at different prices.
