Urgent Web Based Face Recognition Software

We do want a web based face recognition software which will be written with .net for user interfaces and database will be ms sql server.
We will add some security camera frames and user will select the area who is looking for especially to catch the thiefs.
And then from the database for example every 4 hour a scheduled task will run and will compare if there is similar picture in database. The pictures mostly will be low resolution so system must be scan as much as many algorithms, also most of the pictures can be in dark enviroment, system will show us possible similar people in DB.

Wed like a face-book game written, to promote awareness of our products.

Well be running a competition at the Gadget Show Live where individuals can win a BigBMX by submitting their ideas for a face-book game to run through 2012.

Our budget will only be around a couple of thousand pounds, so were not expecting miracles, just a two minute addictive little game -2d graphics will be ok… remember Paperboy on the old C64?.

Individuals or companies interested in taking on the project may feel free to contact us, – wed like to see an existing portfolio if possible, to establish feasibility costs and timing and well be happy for the game creator to take thier credits at the end of the game etc…

I am looking for someone to design a software similar to the virtual dressing room in the following two links

The software must have the following features
1)Proper alignment of face to the apparel along with proper dimension and ratio of face to body.
2) Must give an accurate shape of the body and the fit of the apparel on the consumer trying it.
3) Must look almost same when a person actual tries the apparel physically and virtually
4) Must look realistic,must not give a mismatched appearance and make a customer to buy the apparel.
5) Must be fast and user friendly.
6)Must match the height, weight ,waist size etc so that the apparel looks perfect on the customers body.
6)Must have the same motion tracking feature to change from one apparel to the other.

Products that can be tried on are T-shirts, shirts, shorts, jackets, shirts, jeans, etc

I must have the control to add new products every now and then

Also for people who dont have a web cam, there must be an option to upload a pic and then place marker on the uploaded pic and a 3-D model and get a 3-D face on which different apparels could be tried.

Any other innovative ideas are welcomed.

We are looking for a JUNIOR DESIGNER to help with ongoing projects – as a right hand person!

You will be proficient using Adobe Creative Suite, any 3D skills ( 3DS, Maya, Solidworks) would be an advantage.

Ideally you would be based in London or Hertfordshire areas, although not essential, and use a Mac with CS3 or later.

You should have experience in creating flyers, graphics for presentations, logos etc.

-Any 3D product design skills would again be an advantage.

All projects are sent and managed using an online project tracking system, so little face to face interaction is needed.

Accurate Eye Detection In Java OpenCV

I need a fast and accurate method that allows, from the capture of a standart webcam (640×480), detect a face in the scene (frontal but may have an angle) and determine if the eyes are open or closed, or better yet, how open they are.

* You can rely on a previous calibration from the users photo (eyes open and closed), but basically it should work without such calibration, or rely on it more for fine tuning
* The distance, and therefore, the size of the face and eyes may vary (the maximum distance from the camera will be 2 meters)
* The system must adjust the brightness of the image automatically to correctly detect the eyes in different light conditions.
* the class must provide face and eye position and whether they are open or closed

+ compiled class is required and properly documented source code.
+ final program must run on a mobile device (android or windows mobile), so the software must be compatible.
+ a second part of this project may require detection of gestures

Dear Freelancers and Companies
Ill try to explain my project with a broken English skills. I want a website quite similar to this:

But with different functions. I want people to reserve a slot (or a box) and put 1 image that exists in a gallery (or a folder) I decide. So no image uploading; people will choose from an existing gallery. Instead of full name I want nicknames. No payments as in the script.
After this operation complete, the nickname and the picture will show up in the main page. I was thinking an animated gif gallery for example smiling face, crying face or what so ever.
In the script above, the number of the boxes are limited. I want it to function like this: more people register and put an image to one of this box; more it extends. I want it to be endless. I also need a facebook connect option; possibly a facebook application out of it.
After your job is done, I want to see a a demonstration.
I have some other projects in the mind and may need this person in future. This is my first time asking help from a freelancer, please excuse me if Im doing something wrong here.

Time for a new look.
We are a promo product and apparel screen printer and embroiderer. We are looking t create a new web site. The old look is tired and we need a fresh face. It must be in HTML and must be set up so we can make changes in Dream Weaver as necessary.
Important points.
1. New design and look, professional but interesting, easy to look at .
2. Must integrate all of the Face Book Plugging.
3. 15 pages or so total.
4. We want to be able to make changes for each season.
5. We want to be able to post adds and different thing on the front page.
We want it to be fresh and the ability to change out information for returning clients, but make a big push for the Face Book crowed.

UK Face of Fashion is a UK based, leading modelling competition for aspiring, amateur and semi-professional male / female models in the UK.

The competition is now in its third year and has attracted over 1.8million hits in 2010. We are often 1st in Google Searches such as: modelling competitions and such like.

We wish to expand this product and provide a user-friendly, interactive platform that provides our entrants with their own, personal profiles.

My company produces 30 second TV commercials. I have several, about 10, commercials I need
jingles for. You would be bidding on one jingle, assuming i am happy with it I would hire you for more.
Here are the ingredients that i need: 1- I need a catchy tune. Every commercial has a toll free vanity telephone number
that i am looking to have the tv audience remember. 2- I have the words to these jingles about 80% complete.
That is that i know the target audience, and I know features or benefits I want to highlight.
The challenge that i face is getting a "Hit" tune.
This is one major obstacle that you face with this job. You might put in the hours, but you might not capture the
magic that i am looking for. Also if you are from another country you need to convince me
my product will sound American.
If you bid include something so i can get a sense of you. I will respond with a few different
jingles you can look at. If you come up with something catchy I will Award you this job.

Face Warp And Image Manipulation Tool For Php

The project is to develop software which can be written in any language but must have an interface to PHP. The software must be able to be installed on a CentOS server and can include opensource software (as long as it is available for use in commercial software).

The software will accept an image (JPEG) file as an input and will then use an API (this is to another bit of software we have which provides face recognition) which will return the location of facial features. The software will then perform one of a range of image manipulation effects to alter the image to provide a Face Warp effect. The software will then return the effected JPEG file.
