Hi – I need a script to read paypal notification emails as they come in to my email service on my web account. From that email, one data piece needs to be extracted and then used in a SQL query for a simple SELECT query. Then the results of the query will be inserted in a form letter and forwarded to the original email address along with a stock business response and some instructions.

Each user then has their own database of Clients
For each client the user will enter Name, address, home telephone, mobile telephone, and email addresss. Other fields may be added later.
Then for the client the user will enter the type of device they purchased. The device list will be pre-created by the admin. next to the device there will be a field where the user will list their next available upgrade date. Other fields may be added.
The next field will indicate any other addtional device they may have on their account. Other fields may be added.
Next based upon the number of devices that they have there will be additional fields for those devices to be selected again from the pre-filled device list. ALong with the additional devices there will be a option for their next upgrade date and also a option for the person who uses that device.
We are using this to keep track of mobile phones.
The account will also have additional fields that may be added / decreased.
The system will auto email the customer as soon as they are entered to thank the client. There will be a pre loaded template for it to be sent out.
There must be a global option to specify what template and at what time after new account has been created to send out a email. So basically I should be able to set a template and set it to send to clients after their account has aged to be a week old or 3 months old etc.
The user must also be able to pull up a client account and send them a email.
The information will be sorted and must be filterable by the user. Every field must be filterable. The user must be able to email a group of people after filtering the results.
I will provide a basic HTML Template to integrate this system.

Linux webserver (hostmonster account):
1) User fills out PDF form, clicks "Submit" button.
2) "Submit" button calls a CGI/whatever script that emails the form outbound in PDF format via the script you installed on my hosted server.
3) Script will email client a flat copy of .pdf(with happy message in email?) and me a flat pdf copy.
4) Future pdf forms that I make should also be able to use the script.
5) Other leechers should not be able to use the script.
5) I may have questions, or then again maybe not.
Ive got the .PDF form made, the "Submit" button made and ready to call whatever script I need, just give me the URL for the pdf form submit button and where (on my server) to upload current/future pdf forms (if applicable).
Appears that it should be relatively simple, but what do I know?
