The challenge is:
I have 2 logos designed and ready. I will send you a JPG of them, and you will need to just remake them in Illustrator open file and make it look a little bit different so I will know that you really made it and worked on it and not just copied it, put your touch into it.
Second, to show your skills in Flash, make something nice in Flash with the logo, No specifics.
*Note: For those who have skills in both areas (Illustrator, Photoshop etc + Flash) you have a better chance.
But as I said. People who have other skills are welcome as well to try.
Note 2: The design will include Hebrew in the future, so you will have to have the ability to work with that (I will provide the text of course, but you will have to know to handle Right to Left languages).

here is what i need:-
we are producing video training programs which are in .flv files . you need to design a good interface in flash where users click on the video and they can view that particular video . lets say there are 20 videos so when ever they click on the video that particular video starts.
files must be encrypted . i should have options to change the videos via xml so it works on auto pilot. that software will be burnt on cd and distributed. so no one should be able to copy the videos , etc.

I am redesigning a website, and I need to have a logo animated in Flash. The logo is a simple vector art. The company is in the commercial water industry (water pumps, drainage ditch repair, etc.), so the logo needs to be related to water. For instance, the logo needs to fly in with a burst of water, or maybe a drip of water morphs into their logo – something with water and their logo. This would either be on a splash page opening (no pun intended), or if it works better, might simply be incorporated into the header of their website. The colors and the logo are attached.
