We are looking for an experienced creative web designer/graphic designer to do a custom made and unique website template for us, preferred business professional style.
The template should be designed in Photoshop, then sliced and coded in valid xhtml/css, ready for our users to modify it to their needs. It should be xhtml/css tables-less layout and it should be cross browser compatible( to be compatible in IE7, IE8 + Firefox). It should be validated for xhtml and css.
The template you design for us must be unique, of your own design, and ONLY exclusive to us. We will need full rights to the templates. We will run thorough checks and will not accept any template which have been taken from another website.
Details are as follows:
– The template should contains home page and 2 inside pages, namely: "Home", "Products" and "Contact".
– Make sure the menu have 5 buttons, namely: Home, Products, About Us, Contact Us, Locations
– Images and logo can be place holders or stock photos.
– Text can be dumy content of Lipsum.
The deliverable files will be:
– layered PSD files

So the jist of what I need developing is as follows.
I need a component developing that allows for
* parents to login and view their childrens nursery (kindergarten) account (to include photos, dietry info, blood type etc.) via the nursery website
* amend future usage requirements (half and full days they will need to use the nursery for their child/children – calendar select/deselct and appropriate costs relating to these be charged or refunded.
* see current account balance, view outstanding invoices and pay via sagepay (UK merchant account) or paypal
* allow for easy updating of parents account by nursery staff – login, select parent, email invoice, amend booking requirements
There is a strong possibility of linking this to the existing nursery offline software in the future, so experience of cURL knowledge may be beneficial too.
The current website is built in Joomla! and making the administration component of this project work with that is optional.
The timescale requirement for this project is about end of Jan 2011, but currently is not fixed as I would prefer a great candidate than a rushed job.
