I need 10 articles/month on various topics. Each article must be of 400 words minimum. I shall be paying $2/article. Each article must be unique, compact, well presented and informative. You should not be following any spinning/rewriting method. The language must be in International English.
I need those articles in 2 phases i.e. twice a month. On 14th and 28th of every month you should deliver me the articles, 5 at a time. The payment will be in your account on the very next day.

I am looking for long term writers that can work with me and have a very quick response time. I would like to be able to reach my writers 12 hours out of the day, if you do not check freelancer all the time then you need some kind of instant messenger. I need writers as soon as possible, I will only take three writers so do not miss your chance. Also, there is no limit on the articles you can do per day. If you want 40 articles, just ask and they will be supplied. There will also be performance bonuses, these bonuses can be up to an extra dollar.
Skill Requirements:

I am a professional web designed and programmer. We would like to outsource some of the projects, which we work on every month. Therefore I am looking for a long term provider, who is motivated and who has the skills to complete relatively simple projects.
What is required:
1. The person needs to be a professional web designer and programmer.
2. Extensive knowledge in php, jquery, html, css, WordPress, Photoshop and SEO are a must!
3. Be able to design customized WordPress corporate websites! If you plan to use any out of the box templates from the www, please do not bid for this project.
4. Excellent English skills are a must!
5. Competitive pricing is a fundamental criteria.

About the projects:
1. We would outsource relatively simple WordPress projects. Between 2 and 5 projects per month.
2. Corporate websites need to be created, this includes design in photoshop and after approval implementation in WordPress.
3. The websites include between 5 to 20 pages.
4. They should be SEO optimized.
5. A test server for every project would be provided.
6. Payments would be released only upon successful completion of the project. We do have experience with providers, who have not delivered the required work. If you are not comfortable with the payment terms, please do not bid.
7. The timeframe for the projects is max 2,5 weeks.
