I need a secure, internal software, or intranet (need assistance in setting up), I need a permanent archival system for conversations, bulletins, tasks, policies and procedures, employee directory, authority, etc.

We are a very small organization but would like for this to just get us to where we need to be for right now in terms of streamlining our operations and making sure everyone is on the same page in our company. This software must be able to log ALL meetings, chats, updates, for archival.

The admin must be able to add users as needed, and each users homepage has custom information relating to their assigned tasks/business unit.

The budget is small as of right now but as ideas grow we will need additional implementation.

But the BARE minimum will be Announcements, Bulletin Board, Virtual Meeting (text only), and Assigned Tasks with description. I do not know if an INtranet or an Windows/Mac Application would be easier.

I am looking for a PHP based messaging portal.

Scenario:

Client 1 logins to portal sends a message to Recipient 1 (they may choose from a drop down box)
Recipient 1 gets an e-mail stating there is an message awaiting for them in the portal (no part of the actual message is contained in the portal)
Recipient 1 logs in and sees their list of messages, along with archives, history of messages for Client 1 who sent the message.
Recipient 1 is able to make internal notes as well and attach them to Client 1 only.
Recipient 1 replies to the message and Client 1 receives an e-mail stating they have a message awaiting them in the portal.
Client 1 logins and sees their list of current and past replies, and is able to reply, archive, or simply read without reply.
Recipient 1 is able to login and see if theyve logged in and have read the message or not (notification is not needed but if a option can be added for their choice it would be better).

This would need to be MySQL based and easily brand-able along with MySQL data being encrypted.

An installer would be nice in case of reinstall needed but configuration files, instructions, paths, permissions, etc would suffice.

I need to have VOIP installed and integrated with 2 different providers, so I will receive and dial TO my customers via one external number but all incoming calls will be delivered to me via other internal REAL number.

For example:

Bob -> USA external real number -> Voip server -> Europe internal real number -> PSTN -> My local number

And

Me -> PSTN – > Europe internal real number -> Voip server -> USA external real number -> Bob

Hello guys,

I dont want to waste time so lets get straight forwardly to the point.

I need a face book script that will perform two simple functions known as like and then share. I want the script to be very simple it can be external or internal (internal fan page script will be better).

Now the main thing is that with in two clicks the user should like and share and then be redirected to the website or landing page i choose. Most importantly, user should not know that they are liking and sharing. Iframing of like button can be done but now a window opens on which the user has to hit share button to share and I dont want that. I just want that he simply clicks and the my link is shared on his wall with a picture, description and a title which i will specify will be shared on his wall without even letting him know.

Another this is that I dont need the script to use Face book API or applications to perform actions.

After the script has been transferred to me, I own the copyright and you will not be permitted to pass it on to anyone else.

We are building an investing website and would like to provide our users with the ability to compute the IRR for their investments. The formula and solution method are readily available on Wikipedia. We are looking for someone to provide us with the step by step solution. The solution must be either:

Lotus Notes Plugin In Eclipse

I have an Lotus Notes ( V8) plugin that I developed using Eclipse and has been working well for awhile. Suddenly I cannot run it the Eclipse ( v3.2.2) debugging Envornment. when I try to debug it I get the following runtime error :
