Hello, I am looking for a custom COMPRESSED Gif animated image made from a video. I bought the video from Istock.com and I need the gif for a loading section of my website. This should be an easy job but I cant stress enough how much I need the GIF to be a small file size. The smaller the better. I need the GIF about 280px in height.

Website Development For A Group Of 7 Websites

We require developer(s) for the creation/building of 7 professional company group websites. The websites are simple (around 4-5 pages for each one) and website content (writing) will be provided. Further work will be awarded if you do a good job. Full payment will be made at the successful and satisfactory completion of the job only. 500 Facebook Fans From Australia

Hi,

I need 500 Facebook fans for an Australian based company. I have previous experience in managing social media campaigns but currently I have busy schedule and therefore I decided to outsource this job.

The Requirements:

– We are only interested in acquiring REAL accounts for people living in Australia. We have zero-tolerance policy regarding spam or fake accounts.

-Were after active Facebook users. Fans must have at least 50 friends on their account and show signs of activity on their wall like status updates, adding new friends, commenting on other groups/pages …etc.

-Were expecting that the service provider will only employ good practices to get the fans. The page should not be suspended/deleted due to his/her marketing actions. Should this happen, the project will be terminated and the service provider will not get paid.

-Were looking for slow and steady approach to collecting fans. We dont want to draw a lot of attention from Facebook admin for our page. No need for you to be in a hurry to finish the job. A period of 10 -14 days to finish the job would be optimal.

-Please note that you will not be giving access to the account administering the page and we will not add you as an admin either. You have to work on the project from your accounts. Thats a win win situation for all as you can keep the friends collected during the project for your use in future projects.

-You will be paid 2 weeks after you are done just to see that fans are real and not disappearing. This means that the number of fans should not fall below 500 during that period and in case that occurs, you must replace the ex fans with new ones.

The Ideal Candidate should have:

-Good command of English language and good communication skills: I expect to see a daily update about the progress of the project. I will be available on IM/email for support in case you need anything or have questions.

-Previous experience in social media: This is not mandatory but will be very appreciated that you worked before on similar projects in the past.

-positive attitude and flexibility: We all know that projects sometimes face difficulties and I expect the provider to show good spirit and be cooperative. The client may ask for fans substitution if he encounters few that dont meet the requirements.

– IMPORTANT: Preference will be given to the provider who already has a database of facebook friends living in Australia. You should not have all the fans required from the beginning ( that would be awesome of course ) but the bigger the number of ready fans, the more favorable your bid will be.

I require 10 original articles of 500 words written for a quite specific topic. Each article must be written in excellent English grammar and punctuation with no run-on sentences or filler content. Each 10 articles must then be rewritten and converted to spin syntax to be used by AMA. When spinning the articles, each sentence must be rewritten 3 times. Customized Testing Site

The website that Im looking for would be a testing center. The center would consist of myself creating test and my clients or employers in ministering those test to job candidates. The test will be for pre-employment basis. The test would be skills test behavioral test and general knowledge test. The way the process would go is as follows. I would create test and allow my clients to use the test to evaluate their job candidates. The job candidates who answer the questions correctly would be submitted to the employers the job candidates who answer the questions incorrectly would automatically be deleted. Employers would log in to my job board and post job ads and through an API the employer would be able to attach text from the testing center. When a job candidate wants to apply for the job they would have to take the test in order to have their resume submitted to the employer. So, the job candidate would log on to the website see a job that they would like to apply for click the apply button it would ask them to fill out basic information and upload the resume once they hit the submit button and it would ask them to take the test from the testing center. The test would be pre-determined by the employer. Once they take test, it would recognize the candidates who qualified for the position and those who have not. The qualified candidates information will be sent to the employer. The non-qualified candidates information will be recorded and the candidate will receive an e-mail saying that they did not qualify for the position. All qualified candidates will be ranked based on their qualifying score highest score will be placed at the top lowest qualifying score would be placed at the bottom. All of the results would be available at the testing center for the employer to review.

Roles and responsibilities
My role as the administrator is to update the test and input test.

Employers roles
Would have access to the test as well as request changes to the test and input their own proprietary information. Each employer would have their own unique ID and password allowing them access to their account only.

Job candidates would log in to the testing center with a unique ID provided by the employer or through a link specific for the test and take the test.

Quiz type would be written and optional. Typing test as well.

As our Virtual Project Manager you would need to meet the following criteria:

* You must have past experience (extensive experience preferred) as a Virtual Assistant and/or Project Manager.

* Must be available for at least 8 hours per day, Monday – Friday. Some but not all of your tasks will require US hours to complete phone calls. Otherwise you are free to work when you can as long as the project is completed with quality. IMPORTANT: Any email request during Monday through Friday requires a 24 hour turnaround response.

* Must be fluent in English – Speaking and writing. Comfortable and able to make phone calls to the US (VoiP is fine, whatever means necessary to complete the job, but this is done at your expense – please choose your method wisely).

* Must be very comfortable with the Internet and know how to use many internet tools such as Google Docs, Email, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, SocialOomph, Meetup.com, and Survey Monkey. Must be good at forum posting, newsletter mailings, blog posting, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc.

* Must be able to communicate with me via Skype and email throughout the work day.

* Must Log EVERYTHING including work hours, tasks performed, emails sent, etc

* Must have excellent attention to detail.

Bids over $200 per month are not accepted. This is a long term project and we will keep you forever if you are good and help my business grow.

This last part is making sure you read everything. If you dont do this part, you will not get the job….. When you respond, please include the statement "I can make calls to the US during Pacific Standard Time" in your response. Include your resume and/or portfolio with all bids.
