Javascript Image Rollover Effect (May Also Use Flash)

Im looking to do a effect similiar to an image map with Javascript. Basically, the picture is an overview of a hospital roof and when the person hovers their mouse over certain features on the roof a larger detailed picture will appear- preferably inside the image frame, although Im open to suggestions.

I know this can be done with Flash or Javascript, but my attempts a Java have not given me the detailed subshot Im looking or.

It must be compatible with Hubspot CMS.

Looking to get started immediately. Future projects with same backend are likely.

I need a web-designer with good .php skills to make my site database driven.

I am a final year student at the Royal Vet College-London. I have been creating a website using google sites where fellow final year students and new graduates can up-load a photo and their CV. I collect the data using google forms but to display it on the site I have to enter it manually. I have recently purchased www.thevetbook.com domain and linux hosting with MySQL databases.

I would like my current site www.thevetbook.co.uk to be recreated (or a similar looking site) on this new domain and hosting. I also want the site to be dynamic database driven so that users can enter their details and photo and they automatically appear on the site in the relevant sections and users are able to edit their entries themselves.

The form on the Sign Up! page shows the data I want collected, but I do not want the users email, surname or phone number to appear on the site, as these need to be accessible by me alone. Each user needs their own page with their CV and photo on. People searching for vets need to be able to filter through all the vets on the site by:- the locations theyre looking to work in in the UK; the type of practice (small animal/equine/farm/mixed/exotic); other parameters.

Website Overhaul

Established website, partially overhauled (inc files added for header, footer and side columns) but has some problems where text is unstable, can end up dropping to the below the columns. I think it needs to be modified to a set template, but Im open to suggestions. I built the site from scratch, but with very limited skills.
Also, website needs several different features,
Essential:
Assistance in understanding how to use my own site, including inc files
A slideshow type box on homepage to feature articles (about 5) with a numbered buttons for user to be able to switch between them.
An ad-tracking system with report facility
SEO We Google well, but our page rank has dropped recently and we would like to improve googleability
A comment facility added to article pages
A smart looking drop-down menu bar
Desirable:
Pagination for articles.
New logo
Facebook page/s customisation
Design assistance with ad layout

All of the above are important, but can be split off from this job if nec.
I need a firm date for work to be completed, I dont want it to drag on for a long period. Looking to spend money before close of tax year!
I also need a phpbb forum website to be converted to a shiny new forum which i will post as another project

Important – the ability to edit my own site content, advertisements and ad new sections as necessary. control of my own ad tracking system, etc.
When the inc files were done I was not given the means to edit them myself, and this is just not workable for me – I do know basic html

We are looking for a person who can check an Scandinavian section of a branch website.
You will have to copy details into an Excel file and put all the different details at the right place.

There are 1049 Life Science companies that need to be listed. You should be able to do at least 10 per hour.
It is not a very difficult job but it is important that all the details will be copied without mistakes.

Im looking for an experienced UK-based opencart developer to integrate a html/css template into Opencart with 8 different variations. Basically what this means is 1 html template with 8 different css styles so the client can select which css version they would like to use for a category, so e.g. create a new category and choose which css style they wish it to use.

Hi there!

Were looking for a company to help us out with a new project. We teach Australian kids about financial literacy, and want some really cool animations to go along with a few of our short videos (2 minutes).

We were thinking along the lines of these RSAnimate videos:

Or something like infographics. However, we are also interested in flash animations.

Were still unsure as to how many videos we need to do, because this is dependent on cost.
