We have an already running web application that needs a Look and Feel improvement.
We need a designer that, after viewing the application itself, redesign it to take it a step further in terms of UI and make it graphically closer to a "web 2.0" app.
The output needed is just a mockup with its specifications. The actual html/css implementation is not requested. However, attaching graphic elements needed by the mockup (buttons, icons, etc) is a bonus.
There is an already developed company image and logo, but feel free to alter or throw it away if you want.
The workflow expected is you sending us several (at least 5) different raw drafts (milestone payment could be setted here) and then, based on our feedback, if there is a design that we like, then you work on it throughout the different app views and make the final mockup.

Another freelancer was suppose to have this site working for all browsers and didnt do the job correctly. It now only works in Firefox. The design doesnt work in IE and the menu doesnt align in Safari. I must have a developer that can fix this in IE 7+, Safari, and Chrome so it looks like the way it does in Firefox. The developer must also be respond to my requests in a timely manner. Here is the current site: www.homesenselkn.com. If you view it in Firefox, IE7+ and in Safari you will see the errors and what needs to be fixed.
This must be completed ASAP as a lot of time has already been wasted waiting for the other freelancer to fix. Please only respond if you can get this fixed within 48 hours or less.

The original project posting is below and many of the changes have been made already. I simply need it working in all browsers.
I need a wordpress / php guru to finish a theme design. The site has five pages including a blog.
What I need:
1. The top navigation needs to be fixed so it looks like the attached mockup. It should be right aligned, pages should display in the sequence shown, and the hover/active state should be a green bar below the words.
2. @FontFace is not working. I have all the fonts on the server along with the css. All the h tags and the footer text need to be in Walkway. I will give specifics as to which font is for which tag.
3. There is a space that needs to be removed between the bottom of the header and the top of the Main div. So the borders in the Main div should touch the bottom of the header (see mockup).
Ultimately, each page will have its own template page. Each template page will have a different color, image, and words running vertically down the inside of the content box. At this point we only need you to properly code the Page.php file so we can be copy and change it for each new page. The Page.php template has been setup with a blue bar, image, and words image. The changes below cannot be global because they need to be able to be changed out for a different color, image, and words for each
template we create. So most likely they will need to be classes.
4. The blue bar running vertically down the content box in Page.php needs to extend fully like in the mockup.
5. The image of the words homesense are not displaying to the right of the blue bar and image. It should look like the mockup.
Blog Page Templates
1. I need to be able to set a thumbnail in a post to appear on the main blog page instead of the full image. When you go to the single post you should then see the full image. (see mockup)
2. I need the blog archive page and the main blog page to be similar in layout.
3. I need the single blog page to look like the mockup.
