I am looking for fast way to get about 150 anchor text links to my web site http://www.tribal-tattoos-design.com .
Idea is simple, I want to rank very good in google only for this keyword "tribal tattoo". No more no less.
The pages are new and they need small boost. It would be thankful for your help. I would pay about 20 bucks concerning that you have known or automated procedure(but white hat) for doing this. Thanks…

Some general rules to follow:

* The page the link is placed on must be PR1 +
* Pages must be recently google cached ( the cache must be of the page where links are placed)
* no blog
* Link page should be in English.
* Links should be static. No redirects, JavaScript links or Flash sites please.
* Link page must not be excluded by robots.txt and the link must not contain the rel="nofollow" attribute.
* At most one link per domain/per C class IP.
* No more than 50 outbound links on the link page.
* Links should be one way, non-reciprocal, and permanent, and not require further payments.
* No links from "bad neighbourhood" sites (e.g. link farms, porn and so on).
* No blackhat or dubious techniques.
