Food Delivery Website

We are looking for someone to develop and design a website with the following characteristics:
– simple design;
– two pages:
– restaurants delivering to you – where all the ordering process takes place -,
– who we are;
– the "who we are" page should be able to incorporate some text, contact and a slide-show of pictures;
– the other page (main page) includes a small text on the beginning, a slide-show of pictures and two icons (with external links): one for restaurants that want to contact us and another for people that want the service to cover their areas.
After, there should be a group of drop-down menus. For example, imagine we would like to have a filtration by city and street. On the first drop-down menu the city is selected. The second is for the streets covered by the service in that city. The third is related to the restaurants in the selected street. The number of drop-down menus and its content should be possible and easy to configure at the back-office.
After selecting the restaurant, it appears a small text and another drop-down menu with the delivering hours. If the hour limit for that delivering hour is exceeded a short message appears. If not, it shows up the list of products available. Once again, this list is configured at the back-office.
For each product a checkbox and a box for the quantity desired. The boxes are automatically blocked if the stock (defined at the back-office) is exceeded. The total amount appears and the client can only proceed if the minimum amount is also exceeded.
The client enters her details and after submitting the order a text and a number pop-ups. This is an order number generate sequentially (1,2…). At the back-office a database is created with the order number and all the other details.
If not costly: uploading the information (drop-down menus, restaurants, products…) through an access or excel file.

Ehancement Of Existing Microsoft Office Database

We have a existing database that we developed in house and which we have been using for the past 7 years. The database was developed using microsoft office access with backend and front end. Users log in over the local area network. we are now looking for someone with microsoft office access programing skills to do enhancements to the existing database as we do not have the resources due to demand. The enhancement to the existing database is in two parts:

(1) development of a general ledger with cashbook, accounts payables, accounts recievables; and

VPN Bond Network

Hello,
I am looking for somebody who will install and prepare working solution of VPN bond system. I have a small tv company and we would like to broadcast from outdoor places. We would like to have 3g bonded network for faster upload speed than is possible to have just with one 3g connection.

We need to install Zeroshell on portable computer with 4-8 pieces of 3G USB modems. Than install Zeroshell on another computer in office and to have VPN tunnel between outside 3g connection and indoor office connection.
Its neccessary to have bonded 3g network becouse of bigger pipe (upload speed).
Than we need to send data from Zeroshell server in office to concrete IP address of CDN server. We would like to stream via UDP protocol and with using Adobe Media Encoder (or some other app) on portable computer in terrain.

Video For A New Project

Need a creative video for the website cotalks.com.
This website is a platform for communicating with people you work with ANONYMOUSLY.
You can easily go to the website and see how it works. Lots of things will be changed – the design is still very raw (beta version). Many special features are coming soon. But right now we cant use any design fragments in the video (as im saying – well be changing design really soon).

So, no current design screenshots – do whatever you think is nice and creative, eye-catching and so on.

Scenario as i see it:
Theres 20-30 people in the office, sitting in the open space. Then we see a few activities in the office (secretary wearing too short scirt, boss yelling at somebody and so on). Then we see (somehow) different people reaction on the faces while everybody discuss anonymously what is going on in the office. Everybody shows different reaction on the face. We see it all. And we see something new happens in the office people discuss it all together on the website. But at the end we see people talking with aech other after work and somebody asks "Hey guys, does anybody use CoTalks? And everybody keep saying – No? No? No? no idea what is it and so on" – so people dont wanna say they were there but everybody understand they all were.

This is just my view, but ill be glad for any new idea which comes out in nice and professional video.
It might be animated or video with real people, but it must be good.
The lenght of the video as i see – approx 30-40 sec (its going to be used on main page)
