P2 Theme Javascript

I am currently using the P2 WordPress theme (http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/p2) but would like to add the following few customizations:

#1 Add the ability to play a sound (Ding!) when a new post/comment is added… I presume that should be possible since there are a few actions that appear to take place after the Ajax posting (number count increase on the tab for example), but I dont know how…

#2 Enable posting by just hitting Return (or if not possible, another easy shortcut like Ctrl+Return) instead of having to click on the "Post It" button. You could still add forced line breaks in your post by using Shift+Return for example, but it seems a shame to have so many keyboard shortcuts available, and not this quick posting one.

#3 Be able to upload images at a minimum (video/music/files/etc if possible, but not crucial) directly from the front page without having to go to the back-end Dashboard, by integrating the upload buttons functionality you can find on the Dashboard QuickPress area directly into the front-end quick post section…

Ads has to run from 8am to 1:30 am EST.

We have a UK site for which we wish to build some quality real estate themed backlinks (for 1 KW) by way of publishing some very high quality and useful content for external blogs (and similar) related to our business sector.

1. Based on our KW we will carry out a quick analysis of competitors websites for their backlinks

2. Find most valuable blogs ,forums etc that are providing do follow backlinks (and understand on what basis the links are dofollow.

(We will need to check that they are not going to be sites affected by the google update —— it has not yet reached the UK)

4. We will create some good content that people will find useful and interesting of about 500 words. We will provide pictures and maybe videos

5. You will create an account and submit and come up with a schedule for further posts — probably 1 per week.

The more input you can give on the various steps above the better. Just a very small number of quality links per week will be fine — like 3 or 4. Budget of $10 per week for 4 weeks so $40.

Please give your experience and comments on your approach. Based on your asking the obvious question and looking — I would like you to give your idea of the answer to 2 as part of your bid.

6. You must be aware of CL rules, regulations and terms of use as well as other sites like kijiji, oddle, etc.

7. I will only be paying per live ad that stays live for a minimum of 24 hours (Flagged will be paid, ghosted will not). If flagged, you must repost.

8. Each posting will have to include a link to a website, which we will provide.

9. Ads are to be posted in the marketing/pr, general labor, part time, ECT., sales or similar categories.

10. Include in your bid the price per 150 ads posted. Those who do not include the correct bid amount and only include their long resume will be omitted and not considered for the job.
