We have two websites with approximately 60-70 items as of right now already entered. We are looking for someone that is not only proficient with Magento but is skilled in website design, PHP, and other coding.
We do all of our designing, but need someone who can implement any changes needed, be able to update products on the back-end, and get the most out of what Magento has to offer. (Meta tags, SEO, etc.)

I need a php developer to fix a small issue I have with sorting certain things on a page. This should be a very small fix. Part if the project also uses, cakephp so it might help for you to be proficient in cake.

I have an unfinished website that are right now, a bunch of HTML pages. I need a PHP expert, and by expert I mean expert. The need is urgent. The website is wedding related and have been given to two website developers. The first scammed me, the second didnt have the resources to develop what I need, so I am here again. I must warn you though that you must be extremely proficient in English. By proficient, it doesnt mean that you can communicate in basic English but when I speak I can tell that do not get the context of what I am saying. being proficient in English means that you could get at least a B in a college level English course> I have to stress this because many people think they can speak English but they misinterpret most of what you are saying to them and I will not spend most of my time just trying to communicate.
The website I am in the process of developing will have several applications, but it seems as if web developers get intimidated by the project when it is large and dont know how to approach it, so this project is for one application only. It is to create an article section of the website. The entire website will be database driven.
If this works out well then you will be hired to do more applications.
You will be required to design php free from security holes. I Will not hire you unless you will accept escrow funds which will be released at the end of the job. This should only take a few days to complete. Its not that very difficult.

This is a long term arrangement for the right individual and I need someone who can start in the next week or so – first for about 5-10 hours a week but eventually up to 20-30 hours per week. Im looking for an honest, knowledgeable and reliable person most of all to hand off regular work. Im a seasoned coder, but there is not enough time to do the work that needs to be done.
I do NOT want to work with a company – single individual, freelancers only.
I need someone that I can contact via phone,im,email and talk about what needs to be done.
Here are the requirments, NO exceptions. Please dont bid if you dont meet any of these:
– Must be proficient in English and writing and articulate. Able to communicate with my clients on issues – either by email/web or by -phone-. Again, you must be able to talk to my clients by phone or on a very clear, reliable skype connection Its rare – but it will happen once a month or so.
– Must have enough experience in CSS for basic styling of any/all UI for your coding.. No html tags for styling. You should be able to layout a page in 100% CSS without using a table. You dont need to have any graphics design experience . I just need to know you can mark up content to look professional.
– Must be proficient in PHP 5
– Must have experience in OOP practices.
– Must be proficient in MySQL
– Must have jQuery experience
– Must be proficient in JavaScript
– Must have experience working with APIs (any)
– Excellent documenting of code and code structure.
Heres what would be a PLUS but is not required. Please mention your experience if you have these:
– Experience in MVC setup
– Experience in Smarty
– Experience in Xcart
– Experience using Subversion (this will be required for all work)
