The Joint Action Plan, signed in March 2008, pledges an ever-deepening and ongoing collaboration between the two governments to eliminate racial and ethnic discrimination and promote equality of opportunity in both countries. The main function of the site will be information sharing among organizations and individuals in both countries who are interested and invested in this Joint Action Plan.
The site must:
1. Be available in English and Portuguese – previous experience in creating websites that are dual language sites is a plus
2. Have a Site Wiki
3. Facilitate Forums/Message Boards
4. House video and audio archives
5. Bring in RSS feeds from other sites
If possible, the site will also:
6. Facilitate communications between web-based meetings, maintain continuity between projects, and to welcome new participants

These are not the typical "SEO" articles that are written "en masse" by marginal writers — they are very high-quality blog articles that are written for "human consumption." Therefore, I need a social bookmarker who has established social bookmarking accounts that can generate web traffic to the blog article. I am not simply looking for social bookmarking links, but for an audience for these articles as well.
You Must Qualify/Agree With the Following:
