I want to create an annual survey to a group of 190 business – with a set of 100 questions about their situation.

I am a fan of limesurvey and would like to use it – but there are a number of issues I need to overcome:

1. I want to prefill answers using token data
2. Once a survey is completed – I want to be able to use use the new answers as the new token table for the subsequent survey.
3. I want to be able to easily add new questions/answers (with token info)
4. It has to be user friendly enough so that no coding would be required on the part of the survey administrator.

NB: When biddingrRather than a simple yes I can do it – please show me that you know limesurvey and can suggest how the above might be achieved. I am more likely to be convinced by someone who says something is not possible … if you see what I mean?

What i need from you is the following:

Rotating Cube Questions

I need to create 400 rotating cube questions.

Three sides of the cube will be visable and then a 90 degree rotation of the cube will be made (left, right, up, down)

There should then be a choice of 5 possible answers.

The format of each question should be as followed:

First Cube is to Second Cube

Third Cube is to ? Answer A Answer B Answer C Answer D Answer E

The first and second cube must follow a pattern (left, right, up or down)
The third to the ? must follow the same pattern but will have different shapes inside.

Each question must be different although some shapes may be repeated in different combinations.

Please make a mock up of one question to ensure quality and understanding of required questions.

The criteria for the survey is it must have no ads, it must be done completely on my wordpress site (meaning no survey monkey), have a scaled scoring structure (0 to 5 or 1 to 10 or something like that, it can even be multiple choice as long as their are weighted scores), score itself, at the end of the survey tell the person taking it what their score means (I have all the questions and results), send the survey taker an email with their results, and send me an email with the results as well as the survey takers name and email address.

Multiple Choice Quiz IPhone & IPad App

Project Overview:

This simple iPhone and iPad app is a multiple-choice quiz platform that allows students to test their aviation skills before signing up for the live test at the authorities. We will build a copy of the functionality in PEXO found at http://ls-demo.lplus-teststudio.de/webtrainer-assistent/DemoLogin.aspx

Together with the users we are going to build a large DB with questions and answers for each category. When a student starts a test 20 random questions will be collected from the correct category in the database. User has to answer at least 80% correctly to pass the test and continue to the next difficulty level of that specific category (3 difficulty levels of questions will be available in DB)

All questions have four answer alternatives with only one correct answer. Developer will have to present sketch of suggested layout of the application.

This initial version will run as a standalone but will get all questions from central DB. All testresults will be stored to central DB for the student to improve at future attempts. Additional functionality might be the use of pictures and video in addition to text entry for question and answer entry.

Expectations:
I will own the full source code, app and all copyrights etc.
The source code will be well documented.
Non disclosure agreement will be required.
The architecture must allow for future addition of new APIs.
Depending on your quality of work, I might contact you for further future development of this project.
Developer must have a can do attitude and be willing to provide feedback and ideas.
The app should work on all iPhone and iPad versions and systems.
The system design should be flexible for easy extension to other mobile OS such as BlackBerry, Symbiam, Windows mobile, Android and potential future web based product.
Developer is an end-to-end solutions provider. I will post to Appstore when the application is ready.
All testing will be 100% your responsibility. Bugs and other compatibility problems found after releasing will be your responsibility for up to 1 month after release.

Payment Terms (Milestones):
Beta Release: US$ 25%. Final Release: US$ 50%. Google Approval: US$ 75%. 1 month after launch bug and compatibility problem free: 100%.

Summary:
I need the registration process for two websites merged, so that the user will only have to register once to have access and use of both sites. Both sites are on the same domain, and use their own separate database. Both sites also allow for the creation of a user profile.

Websites:
One website is a freelancer website, and the other is a Q&A website similar to Yahoo Answers.

Requirements:
1. Merge the registration process so that the user only has to register once to access both sites. Registration should be done through the freelancer website. Once the user registers and logs on, they should automatically be logged into the Q&A website, and when the user logs out, it should log out of both websites.

2. Limit the privileges on the Q&A website based on role: Users will register as either employers or providers. If the user registers as an employer, they should be prevented from answering questions on the Q&A site. If the user registers as a provider, they can both ask and answer questions on the Q&A site. Only providers should have the ability to answer questions on the Q&A site.

3. Create a Sign-in/Logout link that will be used in the header of both sites.

4. Merge the profile data across both sites: In the Q&A site, a users profile picture and username are displayed next to the questions that the user posts. Please make sure this information is consistent with the registration information created under the merged registration process.

This is a simple project! We are looking for a customized examination system.

Here are the functunalities we are looking for:
1. User registration (validation of the form + captcha + acceptation of the Terms of Service + email validation)
2. User panel
— Change details
— See available tests
— Take test (see "Test Module" for details)
— See scores for each test
— Download a PDF certificate for any passed test (basic, School logo + Test name + score + some text)
– Administration panel
— Create a new test (name, timer, number of questions, passmark etc.)
— Create questions + answers (all questions are multiple-choice answers with only one good answer and may include one image)
— Add questions to an existing test (ex. a 50-questions exam can be made out of the 200 questions for this exam)
— See scores and logs (date and time of each user exam)

— A user can do a test only once (if the test is FAILED there is a waiting time, ex. 7 days)

I have a small webstore that runs on mals ecommerce. www.mals-e.com. I sell t-shirts and have several things I would like to do with my store. I have a premium mals ecommerce account so a lot of flexibility is available. These are the things I would like to accomplish.

1. I would like to update my checkout page to be consistent with my current webpage. The style and design will need to look like my current website.

2. Have a way to track inventory when someone buys something from my website. When someone clicks checks out, I need a remote-call to be sent to update a database of some sort. You can decide what you think is the best way to do it and I can pay you to do that.

Multiple Choice / Short Answer Exam System

I am after someone to develop an online exam system in PHP/MySQL.

The exam system will create PDF paper exams that will be given to candidates sitting an exam in a classroom environment.

Exam system will be capable of the following.

1. Multiple choice questions / short answer questions.

1.1 The system shall be able to create a 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 question multiple choice or short answer exam picked from a database of over 1000 questions (I have these questions in a spreadsheet already)

1.2 The questions shall be capable of displaying an image.

1.3 There should be an administration system for entering/editing questions. I would prefer something like CKEditor for the editing of questions.

1.4 The exams, once created, should be able to be saved for later printing or referral. E.g. exam serial 1234 contains questions id 5, 7, 9, 11, 24 etc.

1.5 The exams should print with an answer sheet. E.g. Question 1 = A, Question 2 = B or for short answer questions Question 1 = Keyword 1, Keyword 2, Keyword 3, Question 2 = Keyword 4, keyword 5, Keyword 6.

1.6 When creating the exam or entering the questions, questions should be able to be filtered by exam subject i.e. (Head disease exam, blood disease exam, foot disease exam). And question difficulty out of 10.

1.7 there should be a means of recording who has sat what exam paper from a table of candidates. E.g. J. Smith has sat exam serial 1234 and serial 5678
