The design is complete and I would like to keep the portions of the text and relative layout of the different aspects of the site.
I would like to keep this project around $200-$300 because this was the responsibility of another designer that could not meet the requirements. It should be very easy with these requirements:
1. Login with registration requirement linked to [obscured]
2. QR code scanner
3. 3 color changing strobe light.
4. with advertisements located at the bottom.

I have a siimple website under construction at www.best5lists.com
There is a login/registration panel available from every page. It is a very simple login (username, password) and simple registration (username, email, password, password confirmation, recaptcha). I need somebody to write the php that logs in users and registers users. Security best practices should be used such as use of session_regenerate_id, security from session fixation, etc. I require use of session and cookies to provide 2 levels of authentication – if we recognize the user from their cookie we will allow them to do some basic actions. For things like changing their password, we need to make sure they have logged in within this session so recognizing them just by cookie is not enough.
Also, we need to provide the ability to use facebook graph API to allow the user to use an existing facebook account to login to my site or to allow the user to link an existing facebook account to an account on my site.
You will need to do front end and backend validation too and integration of your code into my site (basic knowledge of jquery may therefor be necessary)
Many of the relevant methods have been partially or completely finished but it will be up to you to determine if any of these are fully correct and be prepared to create everything from scratch if you deem necessary.
