We are looking for a database to be created of all gift shops, gift retailers in Australia and a separate database of all homewares shops , homewares retailers in Australia. Both databases should be around 12,000 businesses in all. Data will been to be collected from online searches on phone books and other directories. We are prepared to pay per address entered.

Data to be entered into Excel. Business name, address, suburb, state, postcode, phone number. fax (if known), email (if known), website (if known). Separate databased for gifts and homewares.

We would probably prefer a split payment with a portion held back until address quality is tested – probably 25%. We would test the addresses within four weeks on completion off the project.

Image Resizing/cropping And Data Entry For Toyota Vehicles

The job consists of adding promotional information (including pictures that must be resized) for Toyota Canada vehicles. There are 16 vehicles in total, and each vehicle needs to be added to a CMS in both French and English. A knowledge of French is not necessary to complete this job.

The tasks can be set into 2 groups:

Image resizing:

– Well be providing a ZIP file with 71 images
– Each vehicle has 4 images that need to be cropped, resized and saved to meet specific resolution, file size and filename specifications. Photoshop is required.
– These images must then be uploaded to an FTP server

Data entry:

– Add each vehicle in both French and English into our CMS system.
– The fields to fill out are: Vehicle Name, Promotional information (same text for all vehicles), Images 1 through 4 (must fetch the images uploaded previously), and Vehicle Description
– The Vehicle Description text must be retrieved from the Toyota Canada website.

Detailed instructions and login info for FTP and CMS will be provided to the winner.

We need someone to intelligently and quickly input data into our new accounting system (were using Crunch.co.uk). This will involve entering data from excel spreadsheets and PDF files (mostly invoices) into web forms, plus receiving paper receipts via post and entering that information as well as expenses.

Wed like someone experienced in bookkeeping or accounting so that receipts and expenses can be intelligently grouped together before being entered into the website. As our bookkeeping and accounting system (Crunch.co.uk) is web-based, we need someone with excellent experience of using websites and web forms, and who will be able to learn to use the system quickly.

This project needs to be completed quickly and accuracy is very important – we need someone who doesnt make errors and who can be confident that the data entered is correct. This will also mean we require someone with excellent English language skills, both to ensure accuracy of data entry and for communication with our team based in the UK.

We have an initial project to get the historical data into the new system, plus an on-going requirement to keep the information up to date with new invoices and receipts.

Hello Data Entry Experts,

How are you all doing? I am looking for someone from the UNITED STATES OR CANADA (English Speaking!!)(People from English Speaking Countries would be fine) that can do some simple data entry work for me.

I have a new classifieds website that I am starting and the person I select will be copying ads from another website and adding them to my site.

My website has a lot of search options for each category. The other site where you will be gathering the ads only has a couple. Because of this you will need to read the descriptions of the ads and gather as much information as you can

For example, the other site has Price, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, and Square Footage for its search fields in the real estate section. My site has well over 100 options.

A lot of information can be found in the description/photos of the ads. My classifieds site has search fields such as: type of flooring, type of countertops, number of garages, number of fireplaces, swimming pool?, home theater?, etc.
So if any of this information is found in the description of the ad, then you need to fill in the search fields on my website so it can be easily found.

I havent decided on a price per copied classified as of yet. This will be based on the quality of the work that is performed. Depending on the price per copied listing I am looking to have anywhere from a minimum of 10 listings up to 50 listings copied EVERY DAY! This will make it look as though the site is growing at a steady pace and new visitors will post ads themselves as the site will seem active.

This will be long term work. I would imagine for a couple of months.

Please post a bid with any questions you might have. Also, if you have anyway to show works you have previously done that would help a lot. Please let me know what your ballpark estimate is of what you will charge per copied listing. I will provide a walk-through of how the work will need to be done (sample) to all bidders who are serious about the job.

I have a list of 4,666 names saved in Excel file. The full names are currently in one field and we need to have them split into 3 fields: title, first name, second name fields.

Not all names have enough information to fill all three fields and so some judgement has to be used.

For example:

Ady Doyle (in one field) needs to be cut and pasted to become [first name] Ady [second name] Doyle.

Mr Lee Rogers needs to be cut and pasted to become [title] Mr [first name] Lee [second name] Rogers

Mr T Lynch needs to be cut and pasted to become [title] Mr [first name] T[second name] Lynch

Elizabeth Holland-bloor needs to be cut and pasted to become [first name] Elizabeth [second name] Holland-bloor.

Difficult ones might include:

H.F.Th. Vossen – needs to become [first name] H.F.Th [second name [Vossen]

Jose Antonio Gonzalez Campesino – needs to become first name [Jose Antonio] second name [Gonzales Campesino]

PLEASE NOTE:

It is important not to cut and paste only (not to retype the names) to avoid any miss spellings of names.

Each name has a unique number which allows me to identify it and this must also not be changed.

I have a text file which needs to be completed by duplicating chunks of the file, and then numbering each duplication. There are 54 categories in the file at the moment, each of which needs to be duplicated (copy and pasted) a number of times (between 20-150 times) depending on the category. Once each category has been duplicated, each duplication needs to be numbered… 1,2,3 etc. Once accepted, I will send you the file and provide more details – as to what needs copying, where to add the numbering, and how many times for each category. This can also be discussed on MSN/

$30 is the most I will pay for this job, and I need it completed within the next few hours (asap).
