I am in need of a website with a community feel and social networking modules. Clean, documented and compliant code is a must. Please use drupal 7 (or at least late 6 version). I am allowing for longer than usual timeframe, so please keep that in mind when bidding. Best combination of low price and skill will receive the job.
The basic functions needed will be blogs for every user, groups, forums, news, q&a area, guide area, embedded videos, userpoints (with badge change titles for reaching point totals) etc. as well as the usual social networking additions. AJAX, javascript and interactivy is a big plus.
Very simple design is all Ill need, but I want the profiles, forum, groups and blogs to be customized above the core modules.
I am open to using a site that is already developed, but would need a little personalization.
I would like a profile with the feel of http://couleeregion.com/neighbors/countrygalmom , but would like an activity stream and more profile fields for user info. The basic look of her forums is also what I am wanting, minus the top scrolling and the sidebar "view your own way" part. Finally, the http://couleeregion.com/groups is just what I am wanting.

I am looking for a developer that really does know what they are doing. I have had many time wasters.
