Project Summary:
The business, a small strip club, needs a small site that can show streaming video.
Need to build a site from ground up with-
A warning screen
Public Page With Login/Password Fields
Login/Register page with form that connects to a member database. Registration verified via email.
Public pages with links/content that redirect to Login/Register page if not logged in.
Member view only Pages.
Streaming Web Cam on pages.
Easy to use Admin Panel for Updates (& querying database/generating reports if possible to use contact info for marketing).
Profile management/html addition.
Will need options that allow for (potentially simultaneous multiple) streaming cams (up to 4) preferably through one PC if possible.
Credit Card billing integration depending on Cost.

Ideal Candidate:
-Experienced with topics similar to the following preferred: streaming, Red5, Flash, Flash Media Server, adult cam sites, compliance with adult site regulations, cross browser stability, CMS, CDN, HTML, CSS, ActionScript, PHP, SEO, etc.
-Fluent English speaker strongly preferred.
-Thorough Documentation and Commented Coding Required- should allow for easy modification later. Assume the entire site is lost, I should be able to easily reload it to the server as well as reinstall anything needed on the businesss pc via remote access using your documentation.
-Graphic Design skills desirable but not necessarily important as I can provide if needed. Art may be already prepared by go time.
-Someone willing to go the extra mile to really impress a client.
-Ability to provide phone and remote access support during setup.

Please send detailed proposals of how you would plan for each of the following options in order of what I assume would be least to most expensive to accomplish.
Proposals should include detailed info about but not limited to: hardware (cams, pc(S), & software (Free/no license preferred) requirements, optimal connection speed, technologies to be used (what the site should be coded in and why, broadcasting software if needed (again, free/open source strongly preferred), database for members info/login, etc.), hosting service (must allow adult content), credit card processing service (for options that require it), rate for additional support after launch, whether Content Delivery Network would be needed, whether a CMS should be used, etc…
and cost estimates for all the above (and anything else deemed necessary).
The more knowledgeable and specific about how youd accomplish and what itd cost, the more seriously the bid will be considered. Portfolio samples of similar setups would be great.

Option A:
1 streaming cam for main stage broadcasting to the site, + 1 cam for private viewing broadcasting via yahoo messenger video chat (or other messaging program).

Option B:
2-4 streaming cams for stages, + 1 cam for private viewing broadcasting via yahoo messenger video chat (or other messaging program).

Option C:
1 streaming cam for main stage, + 1 cam for private viewing broadcasting to the site with the option to "Go Private" for a per minute fee charged to Credit Card.

Option D:
2-4 streaming cams for stages, + 1 cam for private viewing broadcasting to the site with the option to "Go Private" for a per minute fee charged to Credit Card.

Option E:
2-4 streaming cams for stages, + 2-4 cams for private viewing broadcasting to the site with the option to "Go Private" for a per minute fee charged to Credit Card.

Option F:
Adding an online shopping cart with credit card processing and Paid Membership option.

Additional Notes:
-The process to start up/shut down whatever software is needed at the business location should be easy enough with a step by step guide so that a cashier or night manager can perform the task.
-Open to suggestions on how to better any aspect of implementation, especially in regards to cost effectiveness.
-A good price and excellent work will likely result in future projects.
