Seeking Finnish Transcribers

We are looking to assemble a team of Finnish transcribers to transcribe about 50 hours of audio recordings. There will be thousands of .wav files in Finnish to be transcribed to Finnish text files (encoded in UTF-8). There will not be translation required.

Transcription will be used for software testing purposes. You will need to follow rules of Truth Transcription, which will be provided as part of a learning kit. Your work will be based on the amount of audio instead of hours worked. This project has started and will have to complete in mid March. Each transcriber may get a total of 20 hours to transcribe.

Please bid on the price per audio hour. It may take about 6 to 10 hours to transcribe one hour of audio data.

We are looking to assemble a team of Norwegian transcribers to transcribe 170 hours of audio recordings. There will be thousands of .wav files in Norwegian to be transcribed to Norwegian text files (encoded in UTF-8). There will not be translation required.

Transcription will be used for software testing purposes. You will need to follow rules of Truth Transcription, which will be provided as part of a learning kit. Your work will be based on the amount of audio instead of hours worked. This project will start in mid January and complete in mid March. There will be a total of 170 audio hours for transcription. Each transcriber may get a total of 25 hours to transcribe.

We are looking for a project management assistant to help us with organizing and compiling documents for various article writing projects. Your job will be to check all incoming documents in a batch of articles so that the articles all look the same with regard to formatting.

This is NOT a proofreading project. You will check the documents to make sure that they all use the same font, margins, zoom, file naming scheme, etc. It should take no more than 2-5 minutes to review each article.

The rate for this project is $1 per 10 articles completed.
