Hi,
I need a static web banner for established website. I am not sure what size I need nor sure on the exact color; however, I would like this bidding to be open to all graphic designers who have a portfolio for viewing.

If you do not have a portfolio of previous banner designs, please do not bid. It is absolutely imperative that you have a portfolio of banner design experience and the work to show for it.

This should be a simple project.

This is what I want:

1. static web banner for the top of my page. Not sure on height dimensions but I do want the banner to span the width web page and to flex under the most popular resolutions to fit the page properly.

2. the banner will be HTML compliant and pass W3C validation.

3. the banner will be compliant w/

4. The banner will contain text.

5. You must know how to incorporate the banner into the web page that it is intended for. I want you to demonstrate how the finished banner will look in the web page that it is intended for. [Home Page]

6. You only have to demonstrate how the banner looks in one page only. Afterwards, I will have the code and images and I will be able to incorporate it into my website.

Were interested in developing our domain 4arearugs.com into an aggregator shopping site where visitors can visit to shop for, you guessed it, area rugs. What we need from you is to deliver from the ground up a shopping experience similar to that offered by shopping.com. Like shopping.com, we will join various top affiliates, only, rather than offer general merchandise like they do our focus will be exclusively on this one product category–which, by the way, is a highly competitive Google Ad Sense category so the more professional and Web-2.0-savvy the site is, the better.

Were interested in setting up a site that requires no maintenance other than for someone without database programming ability to be able to add to or subtract from the inventory offered at will, make sure the links are working, etc. We request no need for the builder of this site to provide updates, technical assistance, etc., but would prefer the basic amount of instruction needed–preferably via painstakingly detailed, customized documentation–to achieve these modest ends.

We also require the builder of the site to be adept enough at SEO to pay close attention to this aspect of the site when building it so that when built it has a fighting chance to make it to the first page for "area rugs" on Google and other major search engines.

WordPress Plugin Modification

Hi,
I have downloaded a free wordpress Petition plugin which is no longer supported by its developer. The plugin works fine and works like this:
A user finds one of multiple petitions on my website that he wants to sign.
After registering and signing the first petition the user cannot then sign another petition because there is a restriction on this.
I want you to remove this restriction and allow a visitor to sign as many different petitions as he likes.

I also want to make some changes in the formatting of the text and the layout of the signatures tht have already been received but i am sure this is a simple css formatting issue.

For anyone who knows php i am sure you will quickly be able to find the relevant lines in the code and delete/modify it.

This is a very simple job and i do not expext to pay more than the minimum and in a short period of time. Thank you for your time reading this.

Finish A WordPress Plugin

Only apply if you have done wordpress plugins. ( budget for this is $25 as its just a fix )

Only apply if you are going to complete it. I have already wasted 5 days on another programmer I wont do it again.

The background is I had someone else create me a wordpress coupon plugin through elance because they said they had done a lot of wordpress plugins. They completed it up to 95% done then asked me to test it.

i.e I can install, activate, add, edit and delete a coupon and get it to show on the front end

But there are a few things that are not showing correctly in different browsers and instead of them completing it they have just pulled out. Leaving me high and dry with nothing to show except a broken plugin.

I NEED THIS DONE ASAP within the next 2 days. Again its pretty much 95% done. Main things are

1. A few text rewordings in the admin area and some text to paste in.
2. Making sure a person cannot copy the code on the front end without clicking
3. Browser compatibility – has to be checked in firefox, i.e, opera, safari, chrome
4. Making sure a long coupon code is fully visible on the front end ( right now its being cut off )
5. That the coupon disappears from the front end when the expiry date is reached.
6. Make sure that when a person hovers over coupon they see " Click to copy and open site" Need some way of displaying that. I can show you how 2 other coupon sites have done it and leave you to decide on how to display it.

I would like to secure & optimize my server. The server has previously compromised. The OS was re-loaded. I will need to know what you will be performing prior to assigning you the job.

I want the tracking to be able to track scans, clicks and have a Shortened URL plugin.

I Am pretty sure the QR Generator is Java Script, not sure what the backend database for the tracking would be best. I am looking for suggestions, and options. I have Linux and Windows hosting platforms.

I have an online store with SHOPIFY and need a small task done (it is just over my head) which involves using their editing program LIQUID or HTML ( I am pretty sure).
I have had various people help me put the online store
