Everything in Doctor Pedanticus world is in black and white, true or false, one or zero. He can only think about ten things at once, and half of those will not receive his full attention. His mission in life is data quality.

I need an assistant. You must be at the computer for most of the day (I would like a minimum of 10 hours at the computer each day on average). You will be scouring Freelancer constantly for projects that I could work on. Im out of the house for much of the day on week days, so I miss out on a lot of projects. You will be responsible for learning what exactly I can do, my usual price range, etc. etc., because you will be constantly scanning Freelancer for automation (i.e. scraping, account creation, bot creation, etc. etc.) projects and bidding on them in my place. For every project you get me, I will provide you a 10% commission. This will increase as our relationship grows stronger.
You MUST be reliable, and you MUST be willing to take the time to observe my skills to see what projects you should and shouldnt bid on. You should also be very professional, as you will be bidding for projects in my place and discussing things with the client when I am not available.
Bid away, and if you have any questions, please ask them. I am a very fun-loving guy, and I have no problem talking on a more personal level, like about the football game on TV or whatever. I dont think smilies or emoticons make you seem immature, however you cannot use these when talking to clients. Dont feel like you need to be uptight with me, though – if anything, I want you to feel very comfortable talking to me.

Hi,
Im talking for Skype audio only /to chat with users only in audio/ and probably a software /script/
with which the moderator could manually /or better automatically/ change the "status" of his microphone in that way when he finishes the Skype chat, to could continue talking on the SAME microphone, for ex.to respond at the incoming mails and so one.This will be handled by Flash media encoder from his laptop /and the supposed software should be also on his laptop/.
We dont need anything else /for ex. to record the Skype sound, because it will be recorded together with the camcorders video in .flv file/
I appreciate your help, maybe you has a good idea.
