Video Tourism Site On WordPress

We need a wordpress tourism site created which will feature dozens of videos we would host on our own server(and preferably be able to upload through the cms).

We would require a front page with a featured video with related content, latest events and articles. We need visitors to be able to navigate to each tourist attraction by either topic or location(with geo-coding).

If they searched they would reach a list page with thumbnail results. When they select an individual tourist attraction page it would have the text content plus either a video or photograph.

Ideally we would like the videoplayer to have suggested other videos as thumbnails to the right hand side in a similar way to youtube.

The site would feature affiliate ads so would require slots that can easily be filled in by our team copying and pasting code into relevant field boxes.

We would also want a community section featuring a forum and classifieds. We have some templates that may help if necessary. We also have a basic look but some improvement on the design look would be required.

We would also require a month of tech support in case of any issues. The site that is created will feature on single city. We would also want that identical site uploaded to two other domains for two other cities. The only thing that would change would be the place name.

Overview
We have created a managed package that serves the travel/tourism industry. It is almost complete. It has been installed on one client org. We want to finish the package prior to installing it on other orgs. We also want it listed on the AppExchange. Currently, there are Lead Triggers that handle new Leads from Web To Lead forms. The Triggers take information coming with the Lead and write it to certain fields in the Lead Object.

Work Description
We need someone to review the Triggers and Classes and determine what is producing the errors. Then we need these fixed so that we can publish the package for security review by Salesforce. The knowledge they develop at this level will be instrumental to their understanding of the future releases.

I want it to feature new and unexplored places mainly of India which have a tourism potential ans bring it to lime light so that tourists can visit those places instead of going to the already known tourist places. The contents of the site would be of two categories;

b) From User side.

The earning are mainly targeted from the advertisement(from Google ad-sense and from local sponsors).
