This is no One-Hit job I am looking for someone to work with on long term (2-3 blogs + projects per month). Consider this on your bid, i will take that as base for the other niche blogs.
I have a budget for each site that is within the limit set here.
I also have some project related jobs like this which have a bigger budget (more work) and will be discussed if you are choosen and your work is good.
You are bidding on ONE test project to check how you work and what comes out.

Your Job overview:
– Look for profitable niches
– Search for long term keywords
– Suggest a domain
– Create a SEO and Adsense optimised WordPress blog
– Add all nessesary plugins
– Add contact form, privacy policy, about me page
– Add seo and adsense optimised theme
– Add Google Custom Search Engine
– Add 4-5 related, unique, seo optimised articles with images / videos
– Add 2-3 related affiliate products with reviews and links
– Mask the Affiliate links e.g. pluging pretty links or php files
– Add the Adsense and Analytics code i give you.
– Do SEO Marketing for traffic and ranking
– Generate unique organic traffic
The work will be less after the first job, WordPress installation will be used by every job.
After some time i will need you to push sites: new articles / products, make backlinks, increase traffic, push Affiliate / Adsense earnings, which i will then pay extra for each site.
Terms:
The blogs must meet the Adsense TOS 100%
You can use any niche except adult, Pharma, violence, gambling & not acceptable sites
You can use any related Affiliate products – tell me where and what, i will get you the links.
No use of bots or traffic buy sites
All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing
I have hosting, you suggest the domain to register
I expect that each created blog earns $1 – $5 a day with Adsense + possibly Affiliate sales
The first optimised wordpress install and config can be used on all installations with slightly changes e.g.
Adsense / Analytic / CSE codes and to the theme, or rotate between some themes. Look for themes that are
Adsense ready and work with Adsense-ID, you will not get access to the google accounts.
Payment:
I pay after each reached goal:
1. domin register, complete configured optimised and working installation
2. all articles and products are listed
3. SEO, traffic check.
4. Adsense income + verification.
I will not pay in advance for at least the first 4 jobs. After hat i will pay 20-30% on start.

30,000 Unique Blog Views Per Day For 10 Days

I am looking for someone to provide ongoing traffic to my blog. The traffic must be real, unique IPs.
The traffic must adhere to the following qualifications:
1. It must not be from expired domains or domain redirecting.
2. It must not be from any black hat method.
3. It must not be from Craigslist or excessive email marketing.
4. Traffic must be adsense safe.
5. No spamming or violation of any service/websites Terms of Service (no Twitter bots, etc).
6. You must describe the method you are using to drive traffic in PM. I dont need to know the secrets, but I do need to know the source (exp. facebook, adword, etc..).
The volume desired is at least 30,000 per day, for 10 days.
This is a 10 days renewable project. If you are good, we can continue on this project for a long term basis.
Verification: If you are awarded with this project, before you start to work. You need to have a gmail account. We will use Google Analytics for verification of traffic source and volume. This is a avoid disagreement.
